The apartment is well located. On the same street, there is a supermarket, pharmacies, a bakery and a butcher shop across the street, shops, etc. The apartment is close to downtown Conselheiro Lafaiete, but in a quiet area, in addition to being close to the city's main hospital. It has 1 parking space. The outdoor areas are under renovation, so it is still ugly. I ask for your understanding because the apartment will be worth it. Our house is on a small farm between Belo Horizonte and Tiradentes - São João Del-Rei, near Resende Costa as well. The house is extremely cozy and spacious, airy and well lit. Perfect for large groups or families with children to enjoy all the indoor and outdoor space. It has large balconies, lawn, garden and is located next to a private dam. The place is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and families.

The stay was much more than I expected. By sharing the environment on a solo trip, I was naturally in alert mode. However, I didn't have to worry because Caio is an excellent host, he makes us super comfortable by being very polite and respectful. He knows the city well, gave me tips on places according to what I was looking for and I was super independent because he made it easy to access all the entrances with the keys. Everything was super clean, the environment is very airy and quiet. Offered flexibility at check-out according to your availability and communicated quickly and accurately. Recommended!

The idea of the hotel for one person is very good and helps to have a sink with a mirror in the room. I was very well received. Villa offers Breakfast, trm parking,I found a good location for my purpose. I only suggest an improvement in the accommodations and bathrooms. ( in my room the sink was leaking, so it had a bit of a bad smell, due to the mold and slime of the leak. I communicated the lady from the reception.) i would host again because it met my needs. Cost-effectiveness.

The hotel has served me perfectly. Leandro was understanding when my times and always responded promptly to my questions. The concierge is open 24 hours a day and the check in was super easy. Good breakfast is a plus. The room was clean and the bed linen was spotless. Would recommend!

We had an amazing experience at the inn! The structure is very well assembled and decorated with very good taste, creating a quiet and cozy environment. Ricardo and Carminha were exceptional, always polite and attentive, making us feel at home from the first moment. The food is a standout apart, with wonderful and delicious meals that delighted our palates. In addition, everything in the inn is extremely clean and well cared for, which has provided us even more comfort and well-being. The location is close to the city, but in a quiet place, surrounded by nature and full of birds. We recommend this guesthouse to everyone looking for a place to relax and feel well taken care of. I'm sure we'll be back soon.

The accommodation was wonderful, the apt super clean, bedding clean, air-conditioned fit and fans. I was super well received and the option to use the hotel's leisure facilities was fantastic. I will definitely return and I highly recommend 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
