The experience at Alessandro's apartment was simply fantastic. Super cozy, beautiful and tasteful place, differentiated in terms of decoration. The location, in the Indianópolis neighborhood, was perfect due to the proximity of the mall, fitness center and restaurants. Secure parking and easy to access. The facilities in the apartment make the experience even more amazing, with a gas oven, microwave, minibar, air-conditioning in the room, TV with access to the most used apps and a good Wi-Fi network. We would definitely return.

Impeccable apartment with everything we needed. The very cold night with a perfect leisure area for my family, by day the apartment does not get hot. Parking right in front of the apartment and super easy to access. Television in all rooms, bathrooms clean and with hot water. Comfortable beds and sofa bed good to sleep a few nights. We missed a coffee strainer and locks in the bathrooms, but this did not affect our stay at all. We had everything we needed at our disposal, either inside or outside the condominium that actually has a wonderful location. We will rent again on other occasions. In relation to the host, super helpful and available person, they pass security every step of the way.

I already knew the neighborhood because it is in the city, but this time I needed to stay, everything as in the photos and described. Mrs. Maria was a great hostess in handing over the key and being available to assist if needed. Reasonable value for the place with good space and two bedrooms for those who want to travel with more people, making the most of the place (it was in 2). In my opinion, it is crucial to work with people who need good service from start to finish, that way you win over the guest and they may recommend you to others and even come back to stay at the place. Extremely clean place, organized and an inexplicable peace, new furniture, clean bathrooms. Impeccable air-conditioning, wonderful TV, had Netflix, new apartment. New cutlery, glasses and appliances, and everything working. Wonderful bed and sheets and very comfortable bed. Josy is wonderful, extremely attentive to us. Quiet neighborhood.
