Everything was amazing from the first moment, you enter the building and you don't want to go out you have everything , the place looks like a paradise.

We are a family of four and had a great time in this apartment. It is spacious and clean.Very nice location. The owner is nice and friendly. Definitely recommend this place. Thank You Jose for the warm welcome.

Los Urrutias, and specifically the apartment, is a perfect place for tranquility and to have time to breathe and relax. The apartment is very nice, with a dining room and kitchen in the large and spacious dining room, a bedroom with a very comfortable and spacious double bed... the terrace is one of the best spaces, with a barbecue and ocean views. I don't know how it will be in summer, but during Holy Week it's a perfect place to relax. Cartagena is 15 minutes away.

Fermin was a fantastic host. His communication was excellent right from booking through to when we were there. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning . We spent a lot of time outside watching the sea and the world go by. The only two of us stayed but six people could easily spend time in this apartment. It had everything you needed and more.

Had a great stay at Elena’s place! It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The views were breathtaking!

A house with attention to detail and everything you need to spend a few days relaxing with your family. We were alone on the beach and found just what we were looking for. To repeat!

Jose's uncle built the house. The interior is stylish but a bit makeshift. Lots of mosiac and reuse of materials. Everything is very spacious. Also the terrace and you have plenty of privacy. We really enjoyed it. If you want to take another walk in the evening, it's better to drive into town.

We enjoyed our stay at Mariano's. His flat is beautiful, airy, right in the city center with free and safe parking slots nearby. Kitchen looked well equipped. Cherry on the cake is a lovely local bakery just opposite the street. Mariano is very helpful and proactive with suggestions and quite responsive.

Very nice to meet Germàn and the apartment was great Location was perfect quiet but only a 5 minute stroll to bars and shops. Everything you need for a holiday was available at the apartment, the picture showing the view from the balcony doesn't do it justice. We sat on thst balcony for hours looking at sunsets, sunrises and the bay. Planning already to be back next year. Thank you very much for trusting us with your property Sean,

This is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean. Everything is as shown in the pictures. Centrally located, but very peaceful for a good night's sleep. Filo met us in person and showed us around. This is a very relaxing place to spend a few days in Murcia. I highly recommend it.

Very good stay at Alexey & Natalia's. The apartment is very well equipped and clean. The sea view is true to the photos, falling asleep with the sound of the waves is a real pleasure.

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment. We have stayed at Sea Senses in various apartments and this one with the roof terrace was by far the best. The jacuzzi was a real bonus with great views of the complex and coast. We will definitely book again.

The apartment was beautiful! The Pictures don’t do it justice and it was spotless! It was super spacey and benefited from lovely outdoor space which was perfect for a morning cuppa! They had lot of extra little touches including some cosmetics for the bathroom and pool accessories.the complex its self was also beautiful and again super clear and well looked after - it also benefited from an outdoor pool bar which is perfect for drinks and food it you don’t want to cook! Excellent value for money and would highly recommend - 100 percent worth a stay!

Had a lovely stay at the apartment. The apartment has everything that you could need. The roof top area is amazing with a great view of the sea. The shared pool area was also really lovely. Our only wish was that we had more than the 3 nights booked as we didn’t want to leave.

The roof terrace with a jacuzzi is unique and perfectly equipped, barbecue, huge table, lounge furniture and deckchairs. A breathtaking view. There was nothing that I did not like. The location of the apartment is absolutely unique. It is only a 15-minute walk to the beach. The apartment is perfect, Julia, who gave us the keys, was very attentive and kind all the time.
