Nature eco lodge vacation rentals in Cartagena Province

Excellent service. The rooms are very comfortable. There is a restaurant option and the dishes are very good and inexpensive. The managers and staff are too friendly. Recommended.

This place is truly a gem. The people here are wonderful and the energy in this secluded area is divine. Come here with an open heart and see where it will take you. We met some wonderful people staying at Casa Rafael at the end of the peninsula and there are pure vibes out here. If you want to stargaze, disconnect from the digital world, and connect with humans and cute animals then this spot is for you.

The most beautiful hidden gem of Cartagena. I spent 2 nights here with my husband and 2-year-old daughter. We had the most relaxing, blissful, beach-filled time. The hotel has this most gorgeous rustic-yet-stylish aesthetic, the kindest staff, and an absolutely blessed beachfront location. I loved that there was shade near the beach, and that this was one of the few beaches near Cartagena with shells! I can't wait to come back.

This place was a paradise. It was secluded but accessible. It was far away from the loud areas, although there were other guest there, it felt completely private. One of my favorite things to do here was to sit on the beach to have mindful moment; not once was I disturbed by other guest or employees of the resort, but when you needed someone ,someone was always there. I would definitely stay here again.

It is very peaceful place. My friends and I were looking for a place that was close to the beach, but that was also very rural and peaceful. We were able to go to celebrate the beach since there are a variety of bars and restaurants, and at the same time when we wanted peace and rest there was the Cabin, for which we booked it, to rest after: celebrating on the beach, touring nearby villages and touring the wonders of nearby nature. Linda's mom was there to accommodate our requests and resolve our concerns

A great hotel in a great location in the jungle. My only issue was the AirBnB booking/host was different than the actual hotel and that caused some confusion. In the airbnb booking there was no address and when i asked the host gave very short answer, "we are on the map. Hotel Selva Negra". That was my first time knowing the name of the establishment and we arrived we had to complete some lengthy paperwork that was for the hotel and different than the Airbnb booking. Airbnb said the room would be ready at 3pm, the hotel did not have the room ready until 5:30pm or later. The resturant at the hotel was very very slow and seemed overwhelemd. But other than that, the property is great and we loved wakking to nearby Los Lagos and the Jardin Botanico.

What else is there to say?! Read Olga’s hundreds of other reviews and you’ll get a great picture of this stunning, tranquil, very special place. What I can say is I am so grateful I landed here, if only for one night, on New Years Day 2023. Olga welcomed me and my husband like family and we immediately began to chat with her and her friends, who were visiting playa manglares for the holiday. We ended up having a 4-hour meal with Olga and her dearest friends! All who were interesting, smart, and fun - artists, architects, citizens of the world- Olga herself is a photographer as well as her husband and nephew. They are the warmest people you’ll ever meet, sharing the most beautiful, humble space you’ll ever see. My only regret is not staying longer so we could unplug & absorb the quiet. It is on the bay so if you want swimming in ocean waters, take Paco up on the boat trip to the Rosario islands. Thank you Olga, Paco and Marcello, we will be back to visit your special home. Oystein is a great host, organised everything what I needed including the taxi to his place and back. It’s right at the beach, a bit like Robinson Crusoe, nature, chill and simple! Just enjoy!

The space is very natural, there are beautiful animals and integrated with the atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and responsive. No duden en ir!!

Excelente, Luis and his wife's attention was kind and lends any request, good energy, total tranquility, it was a very pleasant surprise to receive typical breakfast included. It is a rustic place and like all the accommodations on the island, but comfortable, there are water limitations, but what was provided was enough, you have to save. Staying, getting up and seeing the spectacular of the landscape at sunrise and sunset, make up for everything Thank you Thank you for providing us a place to stay in such a wonderful place.

This is a place where you don’t forget, really good service, good people and beautiful rooms, it’s for sure that I would come back

A great place as a base. No frills, just a clean bed and bathroom. Great location to wander into town, walk the trails, or walk through town and passed the sloths for 20 minutes to the excellent San Diego beach. The terrace is fantastic. chilled and with a lovely afternoon breeze. Great for a relaxing day or two have an evening drink, or take a home made meal. Charlis and her husband really looked after us. She is an excellent cook especially with fish and he met us off the boat and arranged a snorkeling trip. Both were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was a great place to stay to us as a base to explore the Island.
