We could not have asked for a better place or a better host. The home is a beautiful space that is very well equiped with just about everything you need to live comfortably. True to the photos, and yes, you can definitely walk to the beach in less than five minutes! Vilassar De Mar is a wonderful area. It's close enough to the city to easily get there, but far enough out to have a much slower, relaxing pace. There are plenty of excellent dining options close to the home, along with many bakeries and other local retail shopping. Silvia provides a great list of information about the area and things to consider experiencing. She is very easy to communicate with, very responsive, and extremely thoughtful. This was, by far, one of the best Airbnb experiences that I've ever had! I highly recommend!

First of all, what great views! We used the apartment as a base to Barcelona. The tip is to take the car down (and back up) if you want to take the train to Barcelona. Because the apartment is located on a mountain. Hence the view ;) If you park directly downstairs it is free and there is a walkway over the busy road at the station. Good connection by train to Barcelona (30 to 40 minutes). The beach is nice and clean too. We have experienced Alberto as a great host. Very thoughtful via chat!

This is a beautiful and modern renovated wine cellar on a lush 30 acre farm just outside of Barcelona. The host is so kind and thoughtful; it’s a destination on its own. It’s a 5 minute walk to the village grocery store, and other businesses. It’s a safe and charming community, and the amazing ruins of the old Governor’s mansion is in the back yard - an amazing view. A fresh water pool, pond, trails, cute donkey and a few sheep - completely restorative. BOOK IT! You’ll be happy.
