Beach house vacation rentals in Caribbean

The stay was pleasant and quiet because of the good space and distribution of the property, the proximity to the sea and quiet beaches, and especially the friendly, courteous service and the excellent preparation of the food to the user's taste by Mrs. María Teresa, to whom we thank very much. The trip to the main center of supermarkets and ATMs is a little withdrawn, although there is transport and there is a shop and a fish outlet at the front of the set.

Excellent location right on the beach. There was a whole island power outage, and we didn't notice as this wonderful place has a generator that provided electricity for all the appliances to include the air conditioner units. Bravo!!!

The host was very responsive even at 1 am when we had trouble getting in . The place was peaceful -quiet ,steps from the beach ! Very safe area , police patrolling every hour , walking path and basketball court - playground nearby for kids. Cons -lack of hot water ,stove was not the best and beds were not that comfortable. However great value for the price, being right on the beach!

4th time renting this beautiful property certainly not the last!

Carmen's place is in an ideal location--lovely beachfront property! The house suited our group so well and had lots of space for hanging out. There were a few minor glitches with the gate lock and one A/C unit, but Carmen got things fixed very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Rick is a superior host, kind and communicative! The house was everything we could wish for. Steps to a beautiful beach, and a private pool, gorgeous views! Just perfect!

Marcos was an exceptional host. He was always available when I had questions, kind, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend him as wonderful host.

We recently stayed at Don Peter and Aleida’s house, and it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Everything was very well organized and extremely clean. It felt very cozy to be there. The fact that it was right in front of the beach was a huge plus, exactly what we were looking for. We truly enjoyed our time there. Unfortunately, we experienced two days without power due to a general blackout across Puerto Rico, but Don Peter was incredibly attentive and took great care of the generator, which provided us with electricity during that time. It was truly an experience we loved, and we definitely plan to return and enjoy their property again. Don Peter and Doña Aleida are wonderful hosts. A thousand thanks!

Absolutely stunning location……the home sits on acres of beautifully landscaped grounds and a clean seemingly private beach. We saw only a handful of friendly neighbors (residents) each day. It was windy so the surf was rough but we found times when it was calm enough to snorkel on the reefs right off the beach. We did bring wetsuits just in case and that helped but we also swam in bathing suits, especially the kids. If it was windy at our beach, we could take a 5 min drive to Ten Bay Beach (and other spots) on the opposite side of the island where it was protected from the winds and the water was clear and flat calm. The house was extremely clean; furniture felt new; kitchen well equipped. The BBQ was a bit rough and no gas so we didn’t use. The downstairs bedroom/bath were furnished beautifully and worked out well but it had a slight smell of paint; didn’t bother the kids. Double Bay and this beautiful home made for a dream vacation and we highly recommend Wish House!

Pia's place is probably my favorite AirBnb ever. It's a little beachside oasis right in the heart of Santa Teresa. Walk across the beautifully landscaped yard and onto the sand of one of the best beaches in Costa Rica. Iguanas, monkeys, butterflies and birds everywhere. A great hotel next door for good meals and pool time for kids. Pia is an exceptionally cool and kind and helpful host. And the house itself is awesome -- beautifully designed, well maintained, gorgeous. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Sheryl’s responsiveness and care for us was unmatched. We had an issue with the property that she resolved immediately and even called me personally to make sure my friends and I were taken care of. Great location and outstanding customer service.

The house is just like the pictures. Very comfortable. What we enjoyed the most was the doorway with the armchairs. I loved that each room had its independence, each with its own bathroom. Nothing is missing in the kitchen, very well equipped. The beach walking three steps. There was a lot of peace of mind in the neighborhood. We will definitely repeat

Very nice home that was clean and quiet. The location is awesome for beach access as well as snorkeling, paddle boarding, etc. I feel that you do need a car to access restaurants and the snorkeling. House is very clean and looks like the photos. I appreciated the quality towels, soap, and having more hotel like disposable items available. Kitchen was very nice. The beds are memory foam and definitely firm so just good to know for those who care about that. Pool, games, toys, etc were plentiful and so fun. Our kids loved the house. We will be back.

Robert’s place was better than the pictures! It was a perfect set up for a small group (4 adults and 2 kids). Had all the amenities of home plus a beautiful ocean to wake up to every day, kayaks, life jackets, volleyball net, etc. the island itself is still rebuilding, but it was so peaceful and the restaurant at Bahama Beach Club had great food for a night out. Also was an easy drive to the ferry over to green turtle where the kids were ecstatic to swim with the turtles. Would highly recommend!!

We had an amazing time. It’s a quiet spot with a beautiful pool and private beach. The waves are so big!! Irma was an amazing. We only had a few issues out of her control and she was kind to have them fixed in less than a few hours. The house is simplistic. Just has everything you need. It’s a great spot because it is an hour away from most attractions. Keep in mind it is off a main drag and I wouldn’t recommend walking but you can drive to most places as they are close. Enjoy!

Shawn was helpful and responsive before and during our visit! He gave us great info about the area and gave us directions on a short cut to the beach! The house was clean and perfect for our week long spring break stay. We were a short walk to the beach and the pool provided us so much fun and relaxation time. We plan to book again for spring break next year!

We stayed this last week at Laura’s place and we had such a great time! The house was clean,spacious and perfectly located for easy access to Vanderbilt beach, shopping and dining. It was very easy to find. The neighborhood was perfect for our nightly walks and bike rides. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing, our three kids enjoyed it very much, as did we!! We had all the amenities you’d ever need for a stay away from home. We highly recommend this house to family’s with kids that need things to do! We will be back! Thank you Laura!!

Great place to stay for a chill weekend with family! Specially because of the downstairs area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aly’s place. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The house is comfortable and easily accommodated our three generation (five adults) family in town for a wedding. Everyone enjoyed the backyard, which had ample seating for all. Would absolutely stay here again should the opportunity arise.

This was an awesome Airbnb. Had everything you could think of appliance wise in kitchen. Drip coffee maker w filters available to make it easy to just pick up ground coffee. Beautiful well maintained pool. Not quite walkable to beaches but that was as described. A rental car made it easy to explore the area. Family of 5 found plenty of space to relax and have their space.

The place looked exactly like the pictures. The backyard was beautiful and private. We really enjoyed the pool in the afternoons after sight seeing in the mornings. We would definitely book again!

What a fantastic home to stay in while myself & family visited the Keys for the first time! This home was in a great location so we could drive easily to surrounding Keys. The home was very clean and well kept! The beds are kind size so plenty of room. I appreciated the extra linens and so happy there were beach towels for us to use. It was wonderful to have a couple beach umbrellas and chairs as well to take with us to visit Sombrero Beach. Love that Winn Dixie was 10 minutes away so we could grab food and laundry detergent to do laundry since there was a washer/dryer in the home too. The pool was well kept and the little beach area was quaint. At the end of our stay, I put all the towels we used and placed them in a laundry basket so they were all ready to be washed. The laundry basket came in handy too for when we did laundry this past week! Thank you for sharing your home and thank you for being a great host!

Very clean, safe and spacious. Host was very responsive to needs. Beach is about a 15 min walk with kids, beautiful uncrowded beach.
