The stay was great from start to finish! Wesley and his wife are great hosts and the space is wonderful! Full kitchen, spacious en-suites, plenty of tables and chairs. The pool is not heated, but it was not a problem at the time. The road is easy to access. Note: the sunset at the location is beautiful, it's worth taking some time to contemplate!

We loved the house and the hospitality of the hosts. We had wonderful days. I recommend the house and location for those looking for tranquility, nature and good service. We'll be back soon.

The house was clean, very large, airy and spacious, with clean towels and linens. There was liquid soap and toilet paper in the bathrooms. Very good location, the Furnas neighborhood is close to the tourist attractions, and to take the MG-050 you pass over the dam, it's very beautiful. I didn't cook at the property, because although the neighborhood is small, it has a pizzeria, snacks, bakery and a bar if you want to go out at night. The house has a good-sized swimming pool and a barbecue kiosk next door, but we didn't use it because we were on tours all day. Vagner is very attentive, I recommend the stay.

Your stay at the Capitol Hill ranch was wonderful! The owner was super attentive, received us calmly and was flexible about the departure time, which made everything more relaxed. The space is great: well taken care of, with several beds that accommodated the group well, and an amazing pool to enjoy during the day and at night. The ranch is perfect for relaxing and enjoying with friends or family. I highly recommend to those looking for comfort, good service and a welcoming place in Capitólio!

Great communication from the beginning, we arrived with a super reception with delicious cake and coffee!! She also makes some very tasty sweets, we bought some. The shower and double bed are PERFECT! Air-conditioning in all rooms, equipped kitchen, cold water filter, giant TV with a very comfortable sofa and hot water in the kitchen and suite. Extremely useful laundry and necessary for those staying for many days. Huge house, comfortable and safe rooms! We will definitely be coming back!!!!

Our stay at the house was very good, communication with Marcelo was excellent, he always responded quickly. We had a great time in Capitólio. The house is old and needs maintenance, especially in the bedrooms and bathrooms, but it didn't stop us from having a good stay. It is worth mentioning that two smaller rooms are outside the main house, and it is necessary to climb a significant flight of stairs. José was always proactive and told us which tours to take, Jessica recommended us to Lilian who helped prepare the meals, which were excellent and made our stay much easier. The barbecue area is very good and the mattresses of the beds are very comfortable, the sofa in the TV room could be a little more comfortable.

The ranch is very beautiful, and the space is very good, Paulo and his Dionísio, always very helpful and ready. The house has a good infrastructure, but it needs some improvements, such as the kitchen, I understand that because it is a summer house it is impossible not to have a musty smell, or a closed house, but nothing that leaving the mattresses in the sun can't solve. We found some dirt from other guests, but nothing a broom couldn't solve. The land is full of mango trees, blackberries, and even a pine tree. We were really delighted, for those who go with a child it is wonderful because the house has mosquito screens, which helps to leave it all open and ventilated. We loved our stay, and appreciate all the help. We will recommend to friends and family

Our stay was excellent. Elizângela and her family are very helpful and the house is very well equipped, with everything. The road is unpaved (as is common on farms) but the access was great, even though it rained a lot when we went. The place is very peaceful and the view is beautiful! My family and I loved it, including our little dog who was very entertained seeing the horses and cows hahaha. We already want to go back! Thank you so much for everything!

There were 30 of us and the accommodations perfectly suited the group, the place is very beautiful, with kayaks and a paddle boat that brings joy to adults and children. the spacious house with huge kitchen and plenty of outdoor area to settle in. large pool, it just needed to be heated for night use, but it doesn't hinder its use at all. The house has a barbecue in the kitchen and two more in the outdoor area, where there is a pergola with a grape vine, which is very charming. the environment is excellent for families, whoever goes will not regret it.

The house is compatible with the listing! We felt really good and at home. I only suggest repairs to the toilets: sinks and showers, as non-compliance in the operation disturbed our use (shower no hot water, leaky sink and hygienic shower was not working). Taking away these unforeseen events, Felipe always answered us quickly and the house is very cozy. We indicate for sure!

We spent impeccable days! Fabio and his mother Renata are unique people, they were helpful and responded to us with extreme agility and attention, which made our stay absolutely wonderful. The house is beautiful and fully reflects the listing images, it is strategically located, where it allowed us to take numerous tours and return without any unforeseen events. The ranch has a structure to spend the whole day enjoying every detail. We will definitely consider staying again!!
