The bedding is clean and smells good, the mattresses and pillows are of great quality, the shower is simply the best part of the bathrooms! lol Each family was comfortably settled in their suite. The barbecue area, swimming pool and sauna are delightful and the view from the house to the lake is simply wonderful! Gi the employee is a million dollar question! Our stay at the house was very good, communication with Marcelo was excellent, he always responded quickly. We had a great time in Capitólio. The house is old and needs maintenance, especially in the bedrooms and bathrooms, but it didn't stop us from having a good stay. It is worth mentioning that two smaller rooms are outside the main house, and it is necessary to climb a significant flight of stairs. José was always proactive and told us which tours to take, Jessica recommended us to Lilian who helped prepare the meals, which were excellent and made our stay much easier. The barbecue area is very good and the mattresses of the beds are very comfortable, the sofa in the TV room could be a little more comfortable.

The stay was excellent! The house is even bigger than in the photos, very spacious and ideal for large groups, without affecting comfort or organization. Despite some old furniture and in need of maintenance, there are already renovations in progress, such as new bathrooms, which shows care with the improvement of the space. The house was very clean, with sterilized towels and impeccable bedding. There were other items in the closet, with a musty smell, but we did not use them. It is well ventilated, with screens on the windows, great for those with children, and very well equipped. It is in a safe and high-end neighborhood, further away from the center of Capitol, but with good structure nearby. The Wi-Fi worked well, check-in was easy and the hosts responded quickly, even with little contact, as the stay was quiet and I didn't have to ask them many questions. I recommend it!

My stay in Capitólio was great! The house is super spacious, very well organized and the atmosphere is clean and quiet, perfect for resting and enjoying calmly. I really enjoyed the pool and barbecue area, which are great for relaxing and spending time with people. Everything was in order and the place exceeded my expectations in this regard. The only thing that left something to be desired was the air-conditioning, which didn't work on one of the four days I stayed there. But apart from that detail, it was an excellent experience. I recommend and would definitely return!

Excellent house. It had everything that was advertised. There were 11 of us and we were very comfortable. Very well located, close to a convenience store and a restaurant. Very close to a speedboat departure point. Lucas was very helpful with a more flexible check-in and very clear instructions. We had some setbacks that were quickly resolved by Edson, the caretaker who helped us, also very helpful and attentive. I highly recommend the stay and hope to return soon.

The view is beautiful and the outdoor area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying with family or friends. The hosts were attentive and made us feel super comfortable. Everything is very organized, from check-in to check-out. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it!

I only recommend adjusting the fan in one of the rooms, which is making a lot of noise and changing the seats of the toilets of two bathrooms, but nothing that belittles the house. It was a wonderful vacation. I would come back and recommend it to friends.

The house is great for spending a few days with family or friends, resting and relaxing. Very nice place, spacious, beautiful, well organized. Very well prepared and structured barbecue area and swimming pool. House with well-organized bedrooms, large, good bathrooms, living room and large kitchens. The house is inside the furnas dam. It is not on the waterfront, but very close to places for bathing and boating. Tatiana guided us right and a simple survey shows us many options for walking around. Bakery and market very close. I highly recommend the place and I hope to return with my family.
