This is one of the best stays we have ever experienced. The photos don’t do it justice, the home, grounds & view of the ocean are absolutely breathtaking ! Everything you need is on hand, we were inspired! Fresh flowers & comfy blankets, books, every detail was taken care of. We did not want to leave. Gavin was friendly and gave us great tips & suggestions for exploring this incredible area. We would give 10 stars if we could!!! Book this extraordinary stay.!

Clionas cottge is a fabulous place to retreat to the beautiful Baltimore. Set halfway between the town and Lough Hyne, there are no shortage of activities nearby. The cottage itself was stunningly decorated on the interior and even has an outdoor area to relax to the natural sounds of West Cork. Cliona amd Joe were exvellent hosts!!

This cottage is pure magic. From the thick stone walls and glowing candlelight to the roaring fire and breathtaking views, it’s a place full of charm, peace, and character. We loved every cozy corner, and even had a herd of friendly cows drop by to say hello at the kitchen window! What truly made the stay unforgettable was our host, Liam. An absolute gentleman – he picked us up and dropped us off for the ferry, baked us delicious fresh brown bread, and took the time to share the rich history of the cottage and the surrounding area. His warmth and generosity really made us feel at home. It’s rare to find somewhere so beautiful, welcoming, and steeped in atmosphere. We left feeling rested and grateful — already planning our return.
