Vacation rentals with beach access in Canyamel

Everything was very good. We had a problem with the washing machine, Miguel was pending at all times until the problem was resolved. The house is very nice, beautiful view. Highly recommended

Firstly the view from the balcony and bedroom is simply amazing! Looking out the balcony everyday made the stay even better! The apartment had everything needed for a short or long term stay. Belky and her husband were such welcoming hosts who even picked me up from the bus stop! I can't thank them enough for such a warm welcome and extremely comfortable stay. Belkys communication was amazing and made everything really easy. There was flexibility with checking out so I got to enjoy the view just a little longer. I will 100% be booking again, such a cute home away from home!

the stay at Antonia's place was excellent impeccable apartment, access to the beautiful beach just opposite, top, private parking for the car, perfect, apartment in quiet residential area and very well located. Nothing to complain about and perfectly as described. Antonia is a charming, very responsive host with good advice. i would recommend this listing 100%

Very central location, close to the beach and restaurants but also in a relatively quiet street. We could hear a little bit of street noise but totally acceptable and there are no open noisy terraces or bars in the close neighbourhood. Nice apartment with nice deco and well equipped. Felt cosy. It was ok to find a parking space in April but maybe check with Charly if you visit during the summer. From Port de Pollenca we visited and hiked both peninsulas: Formentor and Alcúdia. Great landscapes. Globally, very satisfied with our stay.

The accommodation is in a great location to visit the north-east of the island. The beach is accessible at the foot of the building, the view from the terrace is remarkable. And the host is particularly welcoming.

The description and features of the apartment in the listing are perfectly consistent. The location of the property near the beach is fantastic, the view from the balcony is unique. Juan was always very kind and responded immediately to every need. I highly recommend it.

We immediately felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything was as described. It is very tastefully decorated and offers everything to feel comfortable. The only downside, the pillows are very hard. We will be happy to come back!!! Max, Margrit and Oliver

We had a wonderful time at Guillem's place and would love to come back next year. The place and bedding is clean, has all the basic bathroom and kitchen utensils, including some welcoming drinks. It has a lovely terrace, where we enjoyed our morning sun breakfasts, after which we would then headed to the beach which is less than 50m away. You can see the sea from the roof terrace. Some beach toys for the kids were also available. Guillem and his mother were very welcoming, flexible and communicative. A great stay overall!

Great place to stay with friends or family, super close to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of space outdoor and indoor. Really enjoyed our stay. Juan was super responsive and helpful.

Such a beautiful house sorrounded by nature. Super nicely decorated and it has all amenities you could wish for. In a quiet village away from the crowds of tourists. Highly recommend!

Great stay at this beautifully decorated and extremely pleasant place in hot weather. Well located in a quiet area close to restaurants and shops in Portocolom. Next to a nice natural area for walking, jogging and swimming. Carmen was very responsive and flexible, extremely welcoming. Very nice experience. Note that the bathroom is only accessible through the outdoor terrace, so not practical if it's cold out of season.

The stay was great! The house is close to water in a nice quiet town with good options for food and groceries. Beautiful sunsets, clean home, comfortable bed. It was a great time for my family.

We had a lovely time here. It’s the perfect base for exploring the north of the island. The terrace and privacy of the bay are unforgettable. There’s everything you need in the house. For children there’s a playground nearby. There’s a lot of stairs at different angles which wasn’t a problem for us but could be to those less able bodied or clumsy so just something to be mindful of. The host was fantastic, thanks so much!

We felt very comfortable, the proximity to the place and beach is captivating, but we also liked the apartment itself. The pictures give a very suitable impression! The hosts were always available and check-in was also very straightforward via mobile phone. One point deduction for some dirty dishes in the cupboard and punctured linens - not a drama, but that doesn't have to be either. Just before Easter, some construction sites were in the immediate vicinity, but that happens.

Stephanie was a fantastic host—very responsive, proactive, and helpful. The flat is well-equipped, though there was barely any soap and no shampoo or shower gel provided. The kitchen, however, is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking (check the shelf under the cooker hood for salt and spices). The space is generally clean, though there’s a slight trace of sand, but it’s not an issue overall. The main drawback is the lack of direct sunlight in the apartment. When we arrived in early November, it felt a bit chilly and humid, but thankfully, there’s a heater inside. The location itself is magnificent, especially if you’re a cyclist. It’s very calm and cozy, although you might hear some faint noise from a nearby hotel disco around 11 p.m., which isn’t a major concern. Overall, it’s an excellent choice if you’re looking for a calm and pleasant place to stay. My recommendation!

This was the best place we have stayed in Majorca and we come every year! The views from the apartment were glorious- overlooking the harbour, the beach and also the mountains. So close to the beach, the best restaurants and ice creams and a little stroll from the busier main part of the port. We had a glorious relaxing holiday with so much sun and swimming- we didn’t want to leave.

The apartment is impeccable and as advertised. The building is quiet, easy to access and well secured. Luis is a great host, responsive and full of good advice. I would recommend it without hesitating.

We had an amazing 4 week stay. Very child friendly and spacious apartment. The outdoor area and pool were widely used. Had everything we needed. Jasmina was nice to communicate with and responded quickly to messages. Would love to come back!

A beautifully situated flat with a large balcony with views over the mountains. The flat is quiet and peaceful yet only a stone's throw from all the amenities, restaurants , cafes and shops and the beautiful promenade and sea. We spent many hours relaxing and reading on the veranda, great new electric sun awnings, then stepped out of the front of door of the building into a lively seaside town to swim, have coffees and eat out. It couldn't be better placed. Great master bedroom with mountain views and a homely atmosphere in the flat. We would recommend wholeheartedly!
