Had a great stay. Everything was exactly as described. Easy walk into the city centre. Especially nice if you cross the road and then walk along by the canal path. Great takeaway 2 minutes walk up the road and also near Tesco if you need anything. Accommodation was spotless and we found it very relaxing.

the apartment was absolutely beautiful, we did use the kitchen but it appear well equipped, all the rooms were lovely. would definitely stay again and recommend

A very well located flat for both Leamington Spa & Warwick. The flat was comfortable; very quiet & beautiful views across the river. Flat is situated on 3rd floor & there is a lift. Parking easy & 2nd car right outside so no problems there. Lovely to have shower gel; cooking oil; salt & pepper provided. A very enjoyable stay; would certainly recommend.

Had no issues, host reached out to ask how stay was. Clear check in instructions were provided to find the location, the box and get in. The house felt like a home for us while we were there, beautiful, neat, clean, and homely. Plenty of space and array of things provided such as tea, coffee, shampoo and soap, host provided a small bowl of sweets which was a nice added touch. We both loved our stay and agreed we would definitely stay again if it came about. Location is pretty close to most places in town for a quick Uber or not too far from the bus.

Paul's place in Nottingham was lovely and was perfect for our quick stay! The view is stunning and the apartment was spacious and clean. It is very walkable to the Lace Market and tons of restaurants/shops (highly recommend Compa). The only downside is no free parking, but that is very understandable in the middle of the city and clearly communicated in the listing. Highly recommend Paul's place!

Such a beautiful stay in Warwick!! It was a gorgeous apartment that was perfect for what we needed. Location couldn’t have been better, host was very helpful and responsive, and it was very clean! We loved it and would definitely stay here again, thank you 😊

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

We came and stayed for one night for a friends 30th , the house was perfect for our stay , we relaxed in the covered hot tub while it rained , had a good go on the karaoke provided and enjoyed the amazing surroundings. It was great i only wish we stayed for more than one night!

We had a lovely stay and the location is excellent, with supermarket 5 mins walk away and town centre barely further. We had no issue parking outside the property and had everything we needed for a lovely long weekend. Be mindful that the stairs are quite steep!

We had a great stay at Janet's recently. It was easy to find and check in, and all facilities were available in the property. Everything had been thought of. I would highly recommend this AirBnB.

This is a quiet suburban road in the Birchills area of Walsall. We stayed here a total of 7 weeks while waiting for our house purchase to go through. It worked very well for us.

This house was great for our family of four plus 2 grandparents and a dog, it had everything we needed, we could park the two cars right outside, and it was very quiet. There was a nice park to walk the dog a few minutes walk away. James was a responsive and friendly host. I thought it was good value for money.

A great find and perfect home from home for me and my boys whilst exploring the Peak District. Pool table was a huge hit. Place was clean and really spacious. Picture‘s do not give it any justice. Right in the centre of Buxton so walking distance to shops and restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice touch to find a bottle of wine and milk on arrival. Will most definitely stay again. We had a great stay at Steve’s flat. It was well equipped with all amenities, exactly as described. Steve has put in a lot of thought to make the flat as comfortable as possible for his guests. He was also flexible with check in/out and gave us local recommendations (the Elaf restaurant in the town centre was out of the world). The flat is very neat and clean. Having a secure parking was a bonus.

We were visiting some friends in Rugby and needed somewhere to stay - this place was lovely. Free off-street parking was a huge bonus and the place was spotlessly clean and done up to a really high and modern standard. The bed was comfortable and the Smart TV worked fine. Fridge and freezer clean and a good size. We didn't actually test the shower due to time constraints so I can't comment on that. We only stayed here one night and spent most of it out but we'd definitely have been fine staying here longer and would stay here again if we needed to.

Beautiful location and wonderful host. Loved the Sheep herd right outside the deck. Enjoyed a quiet dinner in the sun talking with the sheep. Easy walk into the village and so beautiful. The apartment had all you’d need. And Pearl and John are lovely.

What was important for me was the location, the comfort and an available parking slot. It's right on the edge of the city centre and for such a location relatively quiet. The availability of something to drink and eat on arrival was really appreciated. A perfect place for a couple.

Had a lovely weekend stay at Kate's appartment just on the edge of town. Loved the roof terrace to chill out in before we headed into town and the place was squeaky clean. Instructions for check in were super easy and Kate also helped with getting us car parking for 2 cars very near by at a good rate which was appreciated. Would recommend and will come back if we visit Nottingham again for a weekend break! Thanks!

Nice location close to the river. Perfect for our one night stay in Shrewsbury and Mark kindly let us have a late check out. The lock on the front door is a bit tricky.
