Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Caniçada

Location is excellent. Tatiana was a great host. Place was spotless. Also, it took less than 15 minutes in an uber from airport. A really good experience. We will return.

Acomodação exatamente como nas fotos, localização calma, prático por ser alguns metros de um mercado e outros pontos de interesse. Cerca de 10 minutos de carro do centro de Guimarães. O self check-in foi super prático e com a senha tivemos acesso ao cofre com as chaves. A casa estava extremamente limpa e o aquecimento central, com certeza foi um diferencial, dando um conforto térmico necessário nos dias mais frios que estivemos por lá. Ao chegarmos ao local, a casa já estava aquecida! A cozinha é bastante equipada e nos atendeu para além do esperado. A garagem acomoda bem um carro grande, visto que tem uma mesa para convívio. É uma ótima acomodação para a família. Se busca tranquilidade com conforto, esse é o espaço ideal.

Adorámos a casa e espaço. As fotos não fazem justiça à casa. Excelente espaço para o cão estar no exterior solto. Tivemos privacidade total. Bons trilhos e paisagens à volta para passear. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelos proprietários! Iremos voltar certamente.

Moradia agradável em uma zona bem calma. Anfitrião simpático e prestativo. Uma pena não ter tido bom tempo… espero regressar em uma próxima oportunidade.

This was an amazing stay. Private and secluded beach front. This 18th century jewel is renovate on the inside with a mother bathroom and kitchen. A perfect place to let it all go or write if you are into it. The neighborhood is quaint and lined with fun places to eat and a little market walking distance. Luis was extremely responsive from the start, very attentive and generous. He gave me great recommendations and I became a big fan of the A Cabana. This gets an A++ and I hope I make it back someday !

Manu muy amable y pendiente de nuestra llegada, de mandar ubicación y de donde podíamos aparcar. Pueblo tranquilo y con restaurantes para cenar sin tener que coger el coche. A media hora de Oporto en coche.

José’s place is an amazing oasis of serenity. The decor is sophisticated, and the quality of the workmanship is superb. The apartment has everything you might need for your stay. It is even better than the photos make it appear! The location is perfect—walk outside the front door, and you’re steps away from the castle. José was really helpful is helping us settle in, and he is very proud of sharing this beautiful space with visitors. We truly, truly enjoyed our stay.

I spent a lovely weekend with a friend in Antonio and Catarina’s apartment. It’s just like it looks in the photos, and with two lovely terraces that you can enjoy rain-or-shine. The apartment was immaculate and the hosts incredibly kind and responsive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Maria et José ont été très accueillant et d’une gentillesse incroyable. Ils ont été très réactif à la moindre question avant et pendant notre séjour. La localisation du logement est idéal si on cherche à être en bord de mer. Nous reviendrons très certainement !

Appartement conforme au descriptif, ultra propre, confortable et calme. Tout était parfait sauf. le stationnement, impossible dans le quartier sauf à avoir de la chance ou de la patience. Emplacement impeccable, gentillesse du propriétaire qui nous a accueillis, confort, propreté.

Ottima esperienza sia riguardo la posizione che ti consente di raggiungerele attrazioni della città a piedi, è necessario lasciare l’auto in parcheggio privato o pubblico sempre a pagamento ma vicinissimo all’alloggio. Ottima comunicazione e gentilezza avuta con l’host che è stata rapida nel rispondere e nel risolvere un piccolo problema in casa.

Absolutely beautiful Airbnb! Check in was extremely easy with clear instructions. The space itself was impeccably clean. Grocery stores and metro nearby and only a 20minute walk to all tourist spots. After reading the reviews I expected to hear noise from upstairs tenants and therefore brought my sound machine. Unfortunately with the sound machine you can still hear the upstairs tenants however it was tolerable. Host himself was responsive and extremely kind, especially when my partner had a medical emergency, he was very understanding. All in all, I would highly recommend this Airbnb and if it’s available for our next trip to Porto I will be reserving this place again!!

Wir haben Carlos nicht persönlich getroffen, das aber war kein Problem für uns, weil alles perfekt eingerichtet und beschrieben ist. Die Parkgarage ist praktisch, bei der Rampe ins Untergeschoss aber sehr eng (wie häufig in Portugal), daher haben wir das Auto ab dem 2. Tag draussen parkiert. Hier lohnt es sich aufzupassen und allenfalls die Hilfe des Beifahrers in Anspruch zu nehmen. Wir sind jeweils mit der Metro in die Stadt gefahren. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Lejligheden ligger i perfekt gåafstand fra Casa da Musica Metroen - og busholdepladsen. Området var roligt. Vi ankom over midnat og gik derhen, og det var vi helt trygge ved. Lejligheden var hyggelig og ren - lige hvad vi havde brug for. Carmen var god til at hjælpe og give gode råd til rigtig restauranter og caféer. Vi nød vores ophold fra start til slut. Og vi kommer helt sikker igen.

Notre séjour dans l'appartement à Vila do Conde s'est très bien déroulé. Il est situé dans une rue très calme avec de la place pour garer la voiture. La résidence est très propre, il est au 1ier étage avec asenceur, à 1 minute à pied de la plage et de son couché de soleil 😎. Il y a un peu de bruit des voisins dû à la résonance des murs mais rien d'exceptionnel pour un appartement en résidence. Il y a un supermarché et des restaurants à 5 minutes à pied, c'est hyper pratique 👍. À notre arrivée, nous avons été super bien accueilli par les parents de Sandra malgré le gros retard de notre avion et nous les remercions sincèrement par ce message 🙏🙏.

Joana was a fabulous host. She was very responsive, polite and professional. She was flexible with the check in time and gave great suggestions about restaurants and places to visit. The home itself was just as described, clean and well stocked. The property is on a busy road so there was some car noise however the place is well worth staying in. I would highly recommend this rental.

I was pleasantly pleased how quiet yet centrally located the apartment is. Very safe, easily walkable and convenient location. While there are many cafes and restaurants to choose from, I opted to cook many of my meals primarily because the apartment was well equipped with kitchen and stove top appliances. Highly recommend

O apartamento tem uma excelente localização, e apesar de estar no centro, não há ruído. Estava limpo e pronto a acolher-nos. Com todas as comodidades necessárias. O João, desde início, mostrou-se completamente disponível para o que fosse preciso durante a nossa estadia. Tenho a agradecer uma vez mais, ao casal, por nos terem deixado fazer do cantinho deles, nosso também. Recomendo a 100% 👌
