Our house is located within a totally secure condominium, the house faces the pool and has a sea view. In the vicinity, we have the natural beauties that the beach offers, and also ease of transportation by car to Praia de Pipa (a small ferry) and Praia de Baia Formosa. The beach also offers pharmacies, restaurants, pizzerias and a warm welcome from the residents.

Very peaceful location away from the center. The house was spacious and comfortable, surrounded by trees, perfect for a quiet getaway. It is quite a distance to the center, so it is good to be prepared to walk or organise transport, however this is also what makes it a great place for someone who is looking for peace and quiet. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and Sean’s commitment to making me feel comfortable and would definitely return!

Great stay! The house is cozy, well-equipped, exactly as shown in the photos. Air-conditioned rooms and a swimming pool with a barbecue area, perfect for a post-beach in this heat. The main center of Pipa is a 15-minute walk away, and there are restaurants and bars along the way. Praia do Amor is 10 minutes away. Everything is accessible, bakery/markets/convenience stores 5 minutes away. Renato is super good, accessible and helpful. Pipa is always wonderful, and I highly recommend this accommodation!

We had a wonderful stay in this house! As a large family (5 adults and 3 children), we are always looking for a place that offers plenty of space and comfort, and this house was a wonder (view, pool, space, etc.). The kitchen is very well-equipped and we did a barbecue. The house has old wooden furniture, which gives a unique charm, but it also has a strong smell inside the drawers. Marilia was super helpful and always available. The location was perfect, quiet and walking about 15 min (with child) we were in Pipa's little center.

A spacious bed is presented with crisp white linens, accompanied by a decorative pillow. A large window reveals a scenic view of palm trees and the distant ocean, letting in natural light and creating a bright atmosphere.

The apartment was as advertised. We travel as a family. With children and we enjoyed it very much. 10 blocks from the center of Pipa, 3 blocks from the beach. Very good location. The kitchen equipment was very complete and everything worked perfectly. The host was always very friendly and often gave us recommendations for the city, always attentive. It has parking and a very good pool.
