Vacation rentals with beach access in Candelero Abajo

To be clear I rated Carlos 5 Stars. The pace was clean and as advertised. Carlos was very responsive and a great host. What surprised me was the welcome notice I received the day I checked it. It has a list of rules of conduct and a list of fines corresponding to each rule. For example, if I clogged the toilet I would need to pay $250, if I left dirty dishes in the sink I would need to pay $10 for each dish, If I lost a remote I would need to pay $50 and the list went on. This took me by surprise. Trust be told If I had broken any of these items i would have been willing to pay. I was just very surprised. Also, the unit has a washer dryer but it was broken so we could not use it. Beautiful place to stay. Great host. Like anywhere else if you break any of the rules it will cost you.

I had a fantastic stay at this property in Palmas Del Mar. The property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, secure, and easy to access, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The space was more than enough, offering plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. The location is unbeatable—close to the beach, pool, and all the great amenities of Palmas Del Mar. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a fun getaway, this villa is an excellent choice. We plan the visit friends in Palmas regularly so we will for sure be booking this place again. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The house was beautiful, and the location was perfect. The beach was a quick walk away with stunning sunsets,no turtle sightings this time, but maybe next visit! The WiFi was solid for remote work for two, and we loved the hidden path leading to a plaza with great restaurants and shops. The bed was super comfy!Honestly, the best place to be a beach bum in luxury. We’ll definitely be back!

Our stay was very good. The apartment and each room was comfortable, clean, nicely remodeled and decorated. Our host was accurate and proactive in providing the necessary for check-in and check-out.

The condo was beautiful for our 2 families! The resort was lovely to walk around and rent a golf cart to explore and go to restaurants. Phil made it super easy to rent a golf cart and the condo had all the necessities for a comfy stay. Our 2 families of kids loved the layout of the bunk bed room, and I really appreciated the other 2 bedrooms had king size beds. The layout of the condo was great for all of us to connect and have space to cook and eat. The condo was located right on the beach and near 3 pools! Phil also had all the amenities for the beach. We enjoyed leisurely days swimming, walking, and going out to eat around the resort. To plan-Many of the resort activities (beach club with the waterslides that is located within walking distance and the tennis courts) are an extra fee and available Monday-Thursday for guests. We truly appreciated the ability to relax, connect, and play out in the sun all day. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful condo!

Wow! What a BEAUTIFUL condo. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s more beautiful in person. You are literally right on the beach and can fall asleep To the sounds of the waves. The condo was immaculate and Xavier was so helpful. He went above and beyond!! He had great recommendations, and was extremely knowledgeable and quick with responses. We had constant contact and he answered every single one of my questions in great detail. My family and I can’t wait to come back!!!

We rented the apartment for 2 months and it couldn’t have been better! Host was very hospitable and approachable, the place is true to it’s pictures (as cozy as it is beautiful), it’s quiet and safe, and definitely more than what we expected. Truly a MUST if you’re ever planning on staying in the area.

Awesome!!!

We had a wonderful experience at Gaia at Palmas del Mar. The house was clean, updated with modern design and comfortable. Our host was proactive and always available if we were in need of anything. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with all the items needed for our stay. The pool was a delight! We cooked on the BBQ grill and enjoyed our meals next to the pool. We definitely will rent Gaia on our next visit to Palmas del Mar.

The house is absolutely wonderful! The view was stunning and all of the rooms were spacious. A sweet neighborhood with even sweeter dogs to boot! The location is relatively close (45 mins- hour) to PRs must sees such as El Yunque, Ceiba Ferry and Old San Juan. I highly recommend!

Enjoyed a 2 week stay recently at this lovely spot. Great 2 bedroom condo overlooking the tennis courts. Second floor with easy entrance and parking for one vehicle. The kitchen was well appointed with good pots and pans and good knives. The balcony is spacious and overlooks a lovely pond with a water fountain. Nice and quiet setting. The beds were very comfortable. The host responded to every question and request almost immediately. Would definitely stay again if returning to Palmas Del Mar.

The location of this home is special. The outdoor area is where we spent most of our time as a family. We had young children with us - so be aware of the stairs. But the outside pool, basketball court, gazebo and general space to play was such a great experience for us. It also is private with the lush vegetation around the home. Ramon is very quick to respond also.

Great home in a great location. House has everything you need to enjoy the beach and the outdoors (towels, chairs, coolers, bug spray). Very well decorated and vrlery comfortable. Only difficulty was finding the place initially, but we figured it out! Highly recommend.

Jays place is absolutely gorgeous! The views and the location are unbeatable!! You can see the ocean and pool area from two different decks and it’s a short walk to the water. The community is quiet and private and we had a great stay. There were a few small issues (sink clogged / fridge wasn’t staying that cold) but jay was extremely communicative and had someone out to fix it right away! We would definitely stay here again.

Second time staying here and it never disappoints!!!!

The place is beautifully furnished! Many amenities and access to restaurants, beaches and the People are welcoming and helpful. 45 minutes to San Juan Very close to Walmart and many other stores Recommend you drive along the southern coast in Maunabo with many restaurants, beaches and a Light House! Palmas Del Mar offers Horseback Riding that takes you to the Beach! Breathtaking views! Will definitely return❤️

Excellent place and host

Our family had a wonderful stay at Casa del Mar! The place was just as described and then some. The location was perfect for our family. The beach is literally a 1 minute walk and the pool was a great extra after spending the day at the beach. Jean has everything you'll need for enjoying the beach, i.e. chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, etc. No need to hassle over packing too much. The house is well stocked and if not Walmart is 10-15 minutes away. Thanks Jean, for making our first visit to Puerto Rico so great! We definitely will be returning.

This was our second year at this villa and we're returning for a third next year. The apartment is very nice, clean and modern, with all the amenities, and right on the beach. Great hosts, very responsive and we can't wait to return next year!

We enjoyed Danielle’s place. The house has plenty of room and the rooftop patio is great outdoor space. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need. There were lots of beach chairs and toys available for our use which made trips to the beach so easy and fun. Palmas Del Mar is nice and we felt very safe while we were there.

This was the third time my wife and I stayed at Blanca’s Surfside villa. We brought our little dog again and she loves it as much as we do. The view is breathtaking, Blanca is such an attentive and gracious host. She makes you feel right at home. She provides everything you can possibly think of and more. It truly is a home away from home experience. We will definitely be staying again. Leaving is the hardest part.

Great place to stay with a beautiful layout. The pool access from balcony was amazing , my daughter loved it and highly recommended for a relaxing vacation.
