Tiê and a very kind and helpful host together with André, the house is hyper comfortable and is exactly like the listing or even better, it is close to everything (pharmacy, supermarket and 1000 meters from the beach and 1000 meters from the tourist point of Itapuã) everything was perfect, some details to stay 100%, more has already been passed to the host, who has already said it will be duly resolved, I hope to come back more often because I felt at home!!!

My accommodation was great, because, from the first contacts with Romário, I felt quiet with my family. He was there waiting for us, played the role of a friend, a being, waiting for our arrival to install us in his apartment, because traveling is good, but, it brings anxiety, and Romário was there to give us the support that a guest needs, to feel calm and happy in his long dreamed trip.

The best accommodation, thank God, and the perfect location, excellent service and support from the host. Highly recommended...

Unlike some comments I saw, I found everything wonderful, the street is not dark, it is super calm and peaceful. The house was much better than I expected, super organized and clean,very beautiful and spacious, I couldn't help but talk about the beds, super comfortable! We did not have the pleasure of meeting Angélica because she was not on the island when we went, but her mother, Dona Nice, gave us all the precise support, in addition to having the restaurant that we had the pleasure of having lunch, with wonderful moquecas, we love our stay and intend to come back more often!

The house is very good. Rooms with good sizes, with air conditioning in the suites. Good structure of the outside area. Needing some repairs due to weather wear and sea air. It has all the kitchen utensils. You have to pay for water and light at the end of the accommodation. The communication was excellent with the host. Thank you Mariana for your attention.

Everything according to listing. Cleanliness, organization, location, everything great. Apartment super organized, functional. It has the basics we need on a day-to-day basis. We stayed 9 days on the property. The condominium is new, organized, clean, always attentive doormen. Nearby there are beach stalls, simpler or more structured, for every taste and pocket. Or, you can use the chairs and parasol that it offers and stay on your own in the sand. The sea, depending on the tide, is super quiet. When it's fuller, you can stay on the “edge.” The hostess is attentive, answers questions and even gives tips on what to do in the surroundings. I had no unforeseen circumstances, no need to correct anything. I really liked everything.
