We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

Friendly, although a language barrier. They were very friendly and helpful. The place inside is lovely and well catered for. You have everything you need. You ca. come in and relax. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. You have your own private space. I would recommend. We drove by car. So it’s abound 30 min drive to Disneyland. Also the train station is about 1km away. We used that to get to Paris which was about 45 min via train. All in all. I recommend. 😇

This space was perfect for our group of 6! It was stocked with everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the combo washer/dryer was extremely convenient!

This Abby is fabulous, a lovely apartment with lots of space internally and no end of the items you would expect to find. All the bedding is of the highest quality and very comfortable. Externally the garden space is a very pleasant area to sit and relax in, secure for your dogs, safe and easy to clean. I would highly recommend this Abnb to anyone and all. J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

Absolutely loved Anne's home! The location was wonderful, 10 min walk to large train station. Walkable to tons of restaurants and bars etc. The home is spacious and feels very homey. The sun room is a wonderful place for a glass of wine and the back garden is just dreamy! Can't say enough good things and hope to stay there again some day!

Prachtig en rustig appartement vlak bij de metro, Gare du Nord en Gare de l’est. Bakker en supermarkt in de straat en nog veel meer winkels en restaurants om de hoek. Het appartement is echt heel leuk en mooi, perfect voor een grotere groep of, zoals bij ons, voor een groot gezin. Je zit in een leuke wijk met vooral veel Indiase winkels, ook echt Parijs dus! Op straat is er leven, maar eenmaal binnen is het stil en privé. Vincent is snel en flexibel en we hebben het er erg leuk gehad.

Sandrine’s house is very beautiful and we were very glad to choose this accommodation! Plenty of space for kids to play in the garden. Very clean and modern interior. Having a separate driveway with a gate for our vehicle was a plus point. Sandrine had all the amenities available that you would need in a house especially when travelling with children. The location was in a suburban peaceful town with a grocery shop and takeaway around the corner. And public transport was easily accessible. Sandrine was an amazing host and very accommodating. She always responded immediately to any of our queries. Would highly recommend this place!

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Maison bien adaptée à des groupes car beaucoup de chambres , ce qui est agréable. Le quartier est calme et il y a quelques commerces à proximité ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons passé un bon moment chez Olivier

We loved everything about this place!!! It was perfect for our family of five. The backyard is stunning, the neighborhood is safe and quaint and it was easy to access the metro to get into the city center. If you are going to Paris with a family or group of friends, this is the place to stay!

Excellente adresse à proximité de l'aéroport d’Orly pour un séjour d'une nuit. L'appartement n'est pas très grand, mais très propre et très bien situé. Mais le gros plus de cet appartement, ce sont les services proposés par Carmelo : navette aéroport et parking. Vous pouvez avoir toute confiance, Carmelo est très serviable, très arrangeant et donne de son temps pour faciliter les choses. Je recommande à 100% !

Our whole stay at Madeleine's apartment was exceptional from the very beginning. Our host prepared everything to make our stay easier - first of all, the flexible check-in was a huge help and huge convenience with luggage when traveling with children, all kinds of children's accessories were waiting for us from a baby cot, highchair, bathtub to toys, but… the birthday banner for my daughter melted my motherly heart🫶🏻 The apartment itself is very spacious and atmospheric, it's wonderful that you can feel there as if you really lived in Paris. I regret that we spent so little time there, and most of the time we visited the city. The balcony is lovely! We also used the park right next door - again very great location! As soon as I come to Paris again, I will write to Madeleine immediately!

We enjoyed the apartment in Bastille. Our host was very helpful and was looking out for our safety with the championship match. Space was very large and windows did a good job keeping the street noise down. The sofa bed was comfortable for my 11yo daughter. Our bed was extremely firm, but my back was actually pretty happy with it that way. We enjoyed being so close to the metro line and used it daily to get around the city. We had an overall great time in Paris and were appreciative to have a nice home to come back to. Thanks again!

Felt like living in Paris for a few days. Great location surrounded by restaurants, cafes and bars. Easy to get to landmarks. Apartment was very quiet thanks to great double glazing. Would definitely recommend

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful Paris neighborhood. The place is bright, spacious, and spotless. The area is full of independent restaurants, cafés, and boulangeries, giving it an authentic Parisian vibe that’s hard to find in more touristy parts of the city. It’s also super convenient for getting around, with several metro lines nearby. Mathieu was incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend—would absolutely stay here again!

If you're looking for an authentic Parisian apartment experience that is elegant and comfortable - this is the place. City balcony on the front and the windows in the back open onto a park setting (ruins of a medieval gladiator area!) with trees and birds singing.

We really loved our stay at Nicolas’s place. He was very friendly and great at communicating. The location of the apartment was perfect, in quite a quiet street and at the back of the building. The area around the apartment was very good for bats and restaurants. The interior of Nicolas’s apartment is very unique and a real pleasure to be in. We would definitely stay again when we’re back in Paris as it feels like a real home from home and much better having the amount to space than in a small hotel room.

Aïda's Paris apartment was wonderful! Her pictures were accurate, and her communication was great from start to finish. Her home is lovely! It is well-furnished and easy to relax in after a day taking in Paris has to offer. The apartment is located in a walkable neighborhood with great restaurant options. Aïda was friendly and responsive. This is a true gem of an apartment!
