Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Canal Saint-Martin

Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Louisa und ihre Familie sind tolle Gastgeber. Die Lage war für uns einfach perfekt. Supermarkt, Restaurants sowie der Bahnhof waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

This space was perfect for our group of 6! It was stocked with everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the combo washer/dryer was extremely convenient!

We had a brilliant stay at Matthieu's place! We chose it both because of how it looked in the pictures (and it was exactly like that in real life) and how easy transport was. As soon as we arrived we felt so at home and it was like an oasis of calm, uncluttered and peaceful. Matthieu was extremely helpful and lovely, always very fast with responding and ironing out any questions, and his instructions were always very clear so easy to follow. We would warmly recommend this sweet place with comfortable sofa and bed for when you get back after a long day. Travel is so easy with tram and bus close-by (less than 5 minutes walk) for those who find the metro daunting. We hope to return soon again to Matthieu's beautiful oasis with a 5 star host!

J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

What a place. A temple of mid century modern serenity. Loved the books, furniture, tropical plants, turntable..... The kitchen is spotless stainless steel surfaces: equipped with everything you would ever need. The bedroom is bathed in a to-die-for Parisian glow. And The garden: soulful. Dont miss the bi-weekly market around the corner.

Amazing value for money! Laurent was an extremely responsive and kind host. The location was easy to get to the Centre of Paris and was in a very safe neighborhood. Would highly recommend!

Our stay in Paris was fantastic, the location was beautiful and easy to walk to the train and local attractions. Erwan's house is very quaint and we loved the open kitchen/dining room/living room for family breakfasts, the combination of bedrooms also worked well for our family group. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Paris getaway destination!

Das Studio ist groß genug, sehr hübsch und funktional gestaltet. Es liegt zentral, in einem lebendigen Viertel mit vielen Möglichkeiten, auszugehen - und gleichzeitig ist es sehr ruhig, da es auf einen hübschen Innenhof ausgerichtet ist. Die Metro ist ganz nah und die Kommunikation mit Rodolphe hat immer schnell und reibungslos funktioniert. Wir waren begeistert und wären gerne noch länger geblieben!

We enjoyed the apartment in Bastille. Our host was very helpful and was looking out for our safety with the championship match. Space was very large and windows did a good job keeping the street noise down. The sofa bed was comfortable for my 11yo daughter. Our bed was extremely firm, but my back was actually pretty happy with it that way. We enjoyed being so close to the metro line and used it daily to get around the city. We had an overall great time in Paris and were appreciative to have a nice home to come back to. Thanks again!

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful Paris neighborhood. The place is bright, spacious, and spotless. The area is full of independent restaurants, cafés, and boulangeries, giving it an authentic Parisian vibe that’s hard to find in more touristy parts of the city. It’s also super convenient for getting around, with several metro lines nearby. Mathieu was incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend—would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment was perfect! The location was beautiful and in walking distance to everything. So many great restaurants and cafes near by and great shopping! It felt busy but not crowded or touristy. The apartment was clean and had everything you need. Pascal and Virginia were so nice and accommodating to our arrival and departure times. I couldn’t recommend this place more. We will for sure book here again the next time we come back to Paris.

Le logement de Nicolas est plein de charme, bien équipé, propre et confortable. Idéalement situé, proche de tout mais dans un environnement paisible, c est le parfait pied à terre pour une escapade familiale à Paris. Communication fluide et efficace avec Nicolas, je recommande vivement son appartement !

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Vincent's place is clean, well appointed, comfortable, and extremely quiet. Great restaurants and the heart of the Marais within blocks. Vincent is a responsive and attentive host. Highly recommend.

Very happy with our stay! The location was great - walkable to everything in Montmartre including the Metro. It was close enough to the Main Street for easy accessibility but yet private and safe. Marie was a super responsive and friendly host! Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Montmartre. The apartment itself was exactly as pictured.

This apartment is the ideal place to stay while visiting Paris. The view of the Eiffel Tour from the living room is beyond incredible especially at night when the light show happens. All types of restaurants are in the area. There is even a grocery market for extra things you might want. It is also quite close to all of the sites that are on your list. Getting an Uber or Bolt was super easy and really quick. And then there is Nicolas. He gave so many recommendations for anything and everything that I would have had to stay a whole year to try them all. Many Thanks. And I almost forgot…the heated towel racks! I love heated towel racks and so will you. If you are planning a trip and want a real Parisian experience….this would be it.

Marie was a fantastic host from the beginning to end of our stay. The Airbnb was clean, well-located (short walk to the metro with good restaurants/bars nearby), and exactly as described. Marie was an exceptionally friendly and helpful host; she initially offered to let us drop our bags off early and then offered us early check-in when the apartment was ready before check-in time. When we needed to print train tickets during our stay, she gave us very helpful directions to multiple printing shops nearby. We would certainly stay at Marie's apartment again! The only downside to this rental was the construction/scaffolding in the courtyard (which you have to walk under to access the apartment) and the associated noise during the day; however, Marie did warn us about this before our arrival.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sara's place. Everything from the space to the decor to the location was absolutely perfect. Pictures do not do it justice as I wish I could literally live here everyday. It's a gem in the neighborhood and I would absolutely choose here again whenever I come back to Paris. Don't walk, run to this booking! Sara was super helpful with all of my questions about the space and the city. She gave us recommendations for local activities and was helpful with travel questions. Overall, had a wonderful stay!

My stay at Laurence’s beautiful apartment was amazing and just what I was hoping for. It was less than a 5 min walk to Pere Lachaise and less than a minute from the metro stop. The cafe right on the corner was amazing and the epicerie across the street had a great selection of food and drinks. I couldn’t have picked a better vacation spot. I highly recommend and hope to visit again!
