The days we spent in Silvia's space were wonderful, the condominium in addition to being very beautiful has a great structure as described in the listing. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent, I dare say the best in Praia da Enseada. We'll be back other times.

I loved staying at this accommodation, the host Fabi was extremely kind, lively and gave great tips from bars and restaurants, super friendly and high spirits welcomed us very well for sure we will be back.

The amazing house, like the photos, perfect for leisure, even rainy days, has everything you need. For those who like to cook, the most complete kitchen I have ever seen, all possible utensils, even large professional pot for pasta. Everything impeccable, clean and organized. For walking or driving to Pernambuco, which is one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches on the coast. The forest next to it is bélissima, adds a breath-taking view. Well, first of all I don't even know what I liked most, whether it was the property or the charisma and friendliness of the hosts, I travel a lot and I've never seen a host as kind as Samir 👏 Right from the start, they made check-in and check-out flexible, which for us was PERFECT and they always responded to us very quickly. ABOUT THE HOUSE: sensational, it has all the utensils in the kitchen, I didn't miss absolutely anything, it even has drinking water and ice in the kitchen every day. The mattresses are comfortable, very clean bath towels, new soaps in all the en-suites, complete bedding and excellent quality furniture. SAFETY: 10 stars, we went to the beach and left the whole house open and didn't even touch the doors, The condominium is super quiet, we only heard the sound of birds. We will certainly return. Famous in 9 people, 2 children. We were very well accommodated, the stairs are very narrow, we had attention regarding the children, but everything was fine. The bedrooms and bathrooms are great, only the master suite has low shower pressure, a Pressurizer would be worth it. Very nice barbecue area, with a beer maker and good space. Air conditioning in all comodos. Plenty of kitchen items, clean and good quantity, only a frying pan was missing. Very close to the beach, and the TIA CHICA kiosk, very nice... that's the tip. Only at night, the streets are very dark, but nothing that got in the way. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies and shops. It's really worth it... very good... and Brunno is very helpful and easy to communicate with. We'll be back for sure

The condominium has a Great structure with swimming pools and toy library besides being next to the beach , and having beach service, which for me was very important to have ! Our experience at Lorenzo's apartment was excellent! The property is super cozy, well equipped and very clean — exactly as in the pictures. The location is one of the great highlights: the condominium is literally in front of the beach, which made our days even more enjoyable. Also, the environment is safe, quiet and ideal for resting. Lorenzo was a caring and helpful host from the first contact, always ready to help. We would definitely go back and highly recommend the stay!

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

The apartment is great, it is in a great location and the condominium is a dream, the pools are great, it has a gym, a spa and everything always very organized. Sidnei, always responded quickly and made clear all the check-in steps. As a suggestion for improvement, I leave a few points: - Having floor cloths (for the bathroom mainly), bed and bath linens would also be an extra cool. - Warn before about the availability of SmartTV, which was not working during our stay.
