Extremely nice place, very clean and comfortable. The condominium is great and the location too, near the center of Pipa, for those who have some kind of reduced mobility, be careful because to get to and from the center there is a good climb. Rogerio is extremely attentive, we loved the space and we recommend it a lot!!!

It was a quiet stay, easy location to find. However, on weekends the street is quite crowded and there may be traffic jams. The hostess is very kind, polite, proactive and very, very attentive. The accommodation itself is quiet, clean and met expectations.

To date, it was the best place I stayed in Pipa, close to the great attractions of Pipa such as Beaches and the Greek village, the center of Pipa. The house is wonderful, amazing pool, there is a supermarket 4 minutes walk away. There is everything and normal price, cash-and-carry father and son. The house has everything a kitchen needs, you. Electronics, dishes, pots… if you want to save money, you can buy groceries and cook at home. I'll definitely be back later this year. Thanks to the couple who own the place. Everything is very easy and practical. For those who have never been to Pipa, everything is very close.

I spent an amazing weekend at Mr. Antônio! The accommodation was simply perfect, very well cared for, comfortable and cosy. Every detail was designed to provide a pleasant stay. Our weekend was wonderful and I'm already looking forward to coming back one day. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a peaceful and cozy place!

The apartment was as advertised. We travel as a family. With children and we enjoyed it very much. 10 blocks from the center of Pipa, 3 blocks from the beach. Very good location. The kitchen equipment was very complete and everything worked perfectly. The host was always very friendly and often gave us recommendations for the city, always attentive. It has parking and a very good pool.

Excellent place, super clean and organized. Great common use space, with very good swimming pools, sauna and even a small gym that very well meets the need for a few days. The condominium is right next to the main street of Pipa, which allows you to do everything on foot and enjoy your stay with peace of mind. Super recommend!

Adriana's space was excellent. Amazing view, really beautiful. The apartment is well ventilated and very well lit. Excellent location, it can be very close to Natal and at the same time far away to have tranquility. Adriana helped me with everything that was possible. Clean bed and bath linens, clean bathroom accommodations. Everything was clean, except for the kitchen objects (cutlery, pots and glasses) and appliances (blender, sandwich maker, etc...) almost all dirty and greasy, it was necessary to clean them well to be able to use them. I also point out the lack of cleaning on the window panes, which are in horrible condition. However, the experience in Adriana's space was excellent. I definitely recommend it

I do not know where to begin the report of my stay. The house is just perfect. Smell sheets, bath towels, pool towels. The details of the decoration are of a whim, of a zeal that you are even afraid to play rs The kitchenware is beautiful, including some of the kite pieces, manufactured there (I found the store and I went to buy hahaha) Important carry repellent and take care of the monkeys who visit the house in the morning looking for food. The house is in front of a hotel, we even had lunch there one day and we love it. I recommend it! The centrinho is around 1,300 km for a super quiet walk and any taxi ride is 30.00 (tabulated price). Anyway, you would stay here for hours reporting every detail. I will definitely return with my family to enjoy this cute house again. We had a wonderful stay in this house! As a large family (5 adults and 3 children), we are always looking for a place that offers plenty of space and comfort, and this house was a wonder (view, pool, space, etc.). The kitchen is very well-equipped and we did a barbecue. The house has old wooden furniture, which gives a unique charm, but it also has a strong smell inside the drawers. Marilia was super helpful and always available. The location was perfect, quiet and walking about 15 min (with child) we were in Pipa's little center.

Stove with two burners and various types of pots and pans. TV in the living room and bedrooms. Very polite and helpful building doormen. We loved the stay.
