The house is great, an incredible view of the valley, with the araucarias in the window. It wasn't hard to find. large house with plenty of space, great and clean bathroom and large kitchen with great utensils. However, the entrance ramp is very steep, my parents and my wife had difficulties climbing it on the first day, and when we returned at night, the next day we could not climb it and we ended up having to leave the car parked outside on the dirt road.

Close to the center of Capivari, you can walk, it goes up and down, but it's good for the legs. It was worth the investment and the affection of all the support.

We love staying in the space! Very spacious and well-equipped, in a great area of the city - it was about a 15-minute walk to the center. It is also worth mentioning the great communication with the caretaker Anderson to check in and check out!

The place has easy access and is in a quiet area, close to some tourist attractions. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, it is in a Condominium with lots of greenery. I'd be back for sure!

I loved everything, the apartment, the amenities, the condominium. The apartment has all the bed, table and bath linens. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, sandwich maker, electric rice cooker, fondue pot, pots, various dishes... For me, everything was perfect, everything was accessible. It was me, 3 elderly people and 2 pets. The building has elevators and no steps to the main outdoor areas. The hosts promptly attended to me every time I needed them.

Hugo's apartment surprised us by being cozy with its fireplace and small balcony with a barbecue overlooking a beautiful garden at the back of the condominium. The caretaker Marcio welcomed us very well, giving us all the details of how the condominium works, TVs, fireplace, offering to help for any need, showing kindness every day he saw us. We felt safe in a very comfortable and well-decorated place.
