My boyfriend and I spent 5 months of Erasmus in Pedro José's apartment. It was an unforgettable experience, thanks in particular to this apartment that we fell in love with: very functional despite its size, very good for living together, well equipped, and nice decoration. The pool and proximity to the university is a big plus. We recommend this place for a short as a long stay, it feels right at home. In addition, Pedro is very attentive, he is very responsive and always gives good advice, thank you!

Marina was so flexible with check in as we were landing late. The apartment was amazing with everything you needed and in a fab location. Having a ramp and the lift so close to the apartment was perfect for my Dad who has limited mobility. The complex is excellent with a lovely pool bar. The apartment and whole complex was spotless. We immediately felt at home, the apartment was even more beautiful than seen in the photos. Roberto was extremely friendly and the check-in and check-out worked smoothly. Communication with Minka went smoothly and we felt well taken care of. There were also a lot of toys for our child, which perfectly complemented the toys we brought with us. We left Minka's place with a laughing and a crying eye and hope to spend another stay here.

We stayed for 11 nights. This place is the most equipped accommodation I have encountered. Everything needed was available in the house. The views from the balcony are brilliant. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Bernt was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay again in this place.

Audra and Paola were very helpful and responsive. The apartment is modernised and well equipped. It is close to the beach and restaurants. We had a flight delay on arrival and Paola was able to meet us later than planned at short notice which was very helpful to us.

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

We love this area. Had a fabulous holiday there with our family. The house was exceptional. Just what we needed for 5 adults. The down stairs room was well equipped with a double bed and a single bed, bathroom, tv, air conditioning and spacious place. The main house has a spacious living area with plenty of seating, table and chairs, tv, fan and air conditioning. Kitchen is well equipped, microwave, fridge freezer, cups etc... The outside area is a lovely place to sit, there is a cupboard outside with umbrellas, beach chairs etc.... Pool area is clean and safe. 15-20 mins walk to a number of beaches. Will definitely book again.

the stay in José's house is super pleasant, the house is much nicer in person that in photographs everything is very clean , a lot of kitchenware , everything is very clean towels and clean sheets. We loved the house and the treatment received the area is very quiet and very well located , we felt right at home. I recommend José's apartment 100%

The apartment met our expectations, and the location was excellent right between the beach and La Zenia Boulevard. Other services were also nearby. The pool area and pool bar were very pleasant. It was a truly lovely and relaxing holiday!

Excellent,prompt communications from hosts. Apartments as described. We were on a golfing holiday and Roda golf club is within 400m of the property. The 30% discount on golf rates would be very useful if you did not purchase a golf package

I want to thank Amelia for letting us stay in her gorgeous apartment. No matter the question Amelia always helped us quick and friendly. The area is top for adults and children, with heated pools, childrens pools and playground. We loved that La Zenia Boulevard was so close, for shopping and playgrounds and water play in the fountains for the kids.

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

The accommodation was just as we expected and I can't say more than I hope to be back soon… Esperanza takes care of every detail, is extremely kind and it's a super ideal place to rest, disconnect, it's easy to park and it has a terrace overlooking the spectacular pool… we'll be back!!!!

Fantastic great area with several pools, jacussis, bar, gym etc. we really enjoyed the area. Perfect if you're looking to sunbathe all day long. Large shopping center right nearby, as well as grocery store right next door. So very easy to shop.

Paco is a super host, both the preview and during the trip has been a super attentive person, he recommended us where we could go in every aspect, I hope there were this type of hosts in all places, it also offers you a flexibility of both entrance and departure, super recommended accommodation.

Stayed for 9 nights at this beautiful apartment. We've stayed in the immediate area six times previously because we have friends here and love Puerto de Mazarron and the local areas and this is by far the best spartment we've stayed in here. The place was spotlessly clean and smelt fresh on arrival. The sun terrace is an added bonus and the pool area is lovely with a nice beach about 200 metres away. Car park space below the apartment block is also a bonus although we tended to park our car up on the road a bit which was safe and quiet. Overall, we would come back.and stay again here as a firet choice. Maria and Amaury were great hosts and very quick to respond when we had some questions on day one. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a calm, peaceful holiday.
