Es un apartamento muy completo. De entrada muy atenta Laura, nos ha dado indicaciones y nos ha enseñado las instalaciones del Apt. Todo muy bien organizado, limpio, con los utensilios y accesorios de baño, cocina, habitaciones adecuados y es genial, muy agradecida con la anfitriona por la flexibilidad a la hora de salir. Nos han dejado agua en la nevera y colacao 🙏🏻 detalle que se agradece también. Muy a gusto estuvimos.

This apartment is impeccable, very modern, clean and spacious for 4 guests. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities and even more. They provided us with complimentary items aswell such as tea, coffee, water, cookies etc Within walking distance, there is a large Mercadona which offers varied, fresh and quality food and a bus stop which takes you to most of the city. The hosts were amazing! Very friendly, provided us with information on how to use appliances, the local area, local metro bus passes and recommendations on places to visit. They responded to any questions we had quickly, they were available throughout our stay and went over and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They provided a cot and toys for our child which she enjoyed. They also helped us find a location to leave our luggage on our last day as we had a late flight. Best Airbnb we have all stayed in. We would highly recommend! 😊

The apartment is very nice, clean and tidy and fully corresponds to the description. Esther is an incredibly attentive host, she gave us very good instructions, both regarding food and attractions. We were able to leave our luggage and also check in early. 100% recommend

A beautiful apartment in fantastic peaceful location to explore Valencia. Very spacious inside with clean bathrooms and comfy beds. The outdoor space at the back is a beautiful extra too. Mirko is a very responsive host and helped us get checked in. There was a beer each waiting for us in the fridge which was a very thoughtful touch. Thanks for a great stay.

La casa está muy cuidada y con todo lo necesario tanto en la cocina, como en el baño y el jardín. La casa da directamente a la playa, zona muy tranquila ideal para desconectar. La pena es que no tuvimos buen tiempo para poder disfrutar más. El propietario siempre muy pendiente que es de agradecer!. ☺️

Ich habe zwei Wochen in dem Apartment verbracht und es war wirklich schön! Insbesondere die kompakte Größe, der Innenhof und die vielseitige Ausstattung (Strandutensilien, Babystuhl, Nespresso-Maschine mit Kapseln etc.) haben den Aufenthalt sehr angenehmen gemacht. Ruben war außerordentlich hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und hat mir ein rundum gutes Gefühl gegeben. Die Unterkunft ist 3 min zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt und nahe an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend by the sea with my mother and family. The location on the beach is exactly what we were looking for: peace, sun and the sound of waves crashing. It was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the extra bathroom outside was great for quick showers after a dip in the water. Parking was easy, but I could see it being difficult in the peak seasons based on the availability on a calm weekend. The supermarket is walking distance and has all the necessities, while larger facilities and greater variety of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. The water was clean and felt amazing even in September. The beach is pebbly, but nothing that wasn't manageable with water shoes. Once in the water, the rocks were minimal and we had a pleasant swim. There are larger rocks creating small coves, but that did not create any issues to swim, but in fact helped break the waves and created calmer waves. Our host was so kind, responsive and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

La experiencia ha sido excelente. Paula ha sido muy amable y siempre pendiente de todo lo que le hemos preguntado. La casa tiene absolutamente de todo lo que puedas necesitar. Muy limpia y camas comodas.Viajamos mucho pero nunca habíamos estado en un alojamiento donde no echas en falta nada. Volveremos.

Muy buen sitio para quedarse 10 personas ya que las 5 habitaciones son de la misma calidad y muy cómodas

El alojamiento respondía al 100% a lo publicado, y Alexandra siempre estuvo atenta y comprensiva con todo lo que pudiera suceder. Un auténtico placer en una de las zonas con más personalidad y encanto de la maravillosa Valencia. ¡Gracias!

We enjoyed our stay in Valencia in Carmen’s house. It was clean. Communication with Carmen was easy with quick responses. Easy access to the apartment. Good thing we could park in front of the house for free. It is located about 25 minutes walk from the old town.

Las fotos no le hacen justicia a la vivienda. Es super grande. Las habitaciones mucho mas grandes de lo esperado. La casa es muy luminosa. Tiene un patio techado/ Cerrado gigante y azotea. Todo está recien reformado . Amparo es un encanto. Hice el pedido de Mercadona y llego antes que yo, y ella me lo colocó en la nevera. A la casa no le falta de nada. Es más, tiene gel y champú, botellas de agua fresca en la nevera, un brik pequeño de leche, 2 cervezas y todo, todo tipo de productos de limpieza, vamos, de todo. Por ponerle un pero , el Google Maps no da correcta la ubicación. Hay que buscarla por el Street View. Esta al lado de la Plaza del Ayuntamiento. Hace esquina. Ahh importante, si quieres ver los canales nacionales de tv, coméntaselo a Amparo porque hay que hacerlo a través de una app. En resumen, genial!!

Casa perfecta para descansar, María super atenta por si todo está bien, o te hace falta algo. Si volvemos a ir por la zona seguro que volveremos.

Все пройшло чудово, господар без жодних вагань дозволив нам поселитися раніше. Це було дуже важливо тому що ми були з дітьми і подолали далеку дорогу. Квартира відповідає свому опису, є все необхідне. Особливе значення має тераса, яка велика і з гарними краєвидами

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

Apartamento en primera línea de mar, buenas instalaciones, zonas comunes y el apartamento bien cuidado. Hemos estado la familia unos días y cumplía todos los requisitos. Gran comunicación con Maria Jesús, que nos respondió a todas nuestras dudas y pendiente en todo momento. Sin duda recomendable.

Appartement très agréable et bien décoré Situé dans un quartier animé avec bars et restaurants à proximité Les chambres donnent sur une cour intérieure donc on n’entend pas les bruits de la rue. La terrasse permet de se détendre et de prendre des apéritifs sans aucun vis à vis. Pasqualis est très sympathique et très réactif, toujours prêt à vous aider. Nous avons adoré notre séjour!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung liegt in super Lage, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt und dennoch angenehm ruhig. Die Umgebung ist familiär und entspannt, perfekt zum Erholen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders positiv fanden wir die Ausstattung: es war wirklich an alles gedacht, sogar Strandstühle, Strandhandtücher und weiteres Equipment waren vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons séjourné chez Sali en avril/mai 2025. L’appartement correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Pour connaître Pobla depuis plusieurs années, je peux vous dire que l’appartement est bien. Mes plus : couverts en nombre suffisant (il faut le noté car ce n’est pas toujours le cas dans les locations) / appartement traversant permettant de bien l’aérer / relativement calme pour cette période de l’année / non loin du cœur de la ville / électroménager impeccable / bel agencement qui rend l’appart très agréable / les échanges avec Sali qui est hyper réactive et très gentille. Mes moins (pour être pointilleuse) : un rideau très occultant serait un plus dans la grande chambre côté rue / manque de mugs pour le thé / quelques fissures à reboucher. Nous conservons l’adresse pour y revenir toujours hors haute et très haute saison.
