We had a very nice stay at Javier's. With our late flight, this was an ideal place to sleep. The apartment was clean. Javier had provided us with a bottle of water and some chocolate, which was a pleasant welcome.

A great small apartment but very well equipped. The contacts, from start to finish were perfect and the welcome very friendly. Mutual trust worthy of mention. The location is very quiet, so is the building. The ability to park in the garage is a huge plus. Tram station a 5-minute walk away. I spent about ten days and restful nights. I would definitely recommend this place for a single person or a couple. There is everything you need to feel at home.

This penthouse has exceeded all our expectations. The jewel is undoubtedly its large terrace, perfect for breakfasts, lunches, dinners at sunset or just to relax. The outdoor furniture is very well cared for and invites you to spend hours enjoying the outdoors. The interior is comfortable and functional, ideal for both weekend getaways and longer stays. The proximity to the beach and services such as supermarkets and restaurants makes it a very practical option. In addition, Esperanza was attentive at all times, making sure that everything was in order and that no problems arose.

We stayed at this apartment in Sagunto Playa and it was an excellent experience. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the beach and with everything you need nearby. The apartment is equipped with all kinds of amenities and full of small details designed to make guests feel at home. Everything was extremely clean!! And the host was very kind and helpful at all times. Thank you very much for everything! Definitely a place we'll be back to. 100% recommended!

Great location right on the beach front and parking outside.

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend by the sea with my mother and family. The location on the beach is exactly what we were looking for: peace, sun and the sound of waves crashing. It was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the extra bathroom outside was great for quick showers after a dip in the water. Parking was easy, but I could see it being difficult in the peak seasons based on the availability on a calm weekend. The supermarket is walking distance and has all the necessities, while larger facilities and greater variety of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. The water was clean and felt amazing even in September. The beach is pebbly, but nothing that wasn't manageable with water shoes. Once in the water, the rocks were minimal and we had a pleasant swim. There are larger rocks creating small coves, but that did not create any issues to swim, but in fact helped break the waves and created calmer waves. Our host was so kind, responsive and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

Everything is great, I'd love to come back. Also perfect for staying overnight before flying home.

A stay of 10! The house was spotless - everything was very clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the living-dining room and kitchen super well-equipped, and the bathroom is super clean. The terrace is also very cool, although we didn't get to use it. But what really made the difference was Antonio's details. Upon arrival, we find ourselves with water, coffee, chocolate, milk… a little detail! And the most beautiful thing: they had prepared a special little corner for my baby who touched our hearts. Also, although in the listing they did not appear a high chair or bathtub, I asked and in a blink of an eye we already had them. That kind of attention and affection is what makes Antonio a super host. 100% recommendable. Thank you for everything, Antonio!

We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the apartment was recently renovated, everything was brand new and all amenities were available. The area is quiet and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

We have been in the house for 4 days, very comfortable, we would definitely repeat. Quiet accommodation with all amenities. If I had to mention a drawback, it's that the mattresses on the single beds were very hard, the jets in the jacuzzi didn't work, and despite lowering the window slats and closing the curtains in the rooms, a lot of light still came in and it was hard to sleep. This doesn't change how good we were, that's why we give 5⭐️.

There were five of us going to a concert, Elizabeth was very kind every time I asked her, she answered quickly and gave us the keys early. The perfect house, clean and very cozy, although we were there for a short time, if I returned to that area I would try to rent it again.

I have been following Aurora as an occupational therapist for a long time, and this shared space project seemed like a great idea to meet in person, and address many concerns that with her recommendations will help us find solutions. The house is very clean and tidy. It was our first time in this type of accommodation, and this getaway to Vall d'Uixo was a wonderful experience, as a family, including our pet, of course. A great welcome and very respectful coexistence. Always attentive to us, but respecting our family moments. She offered us the service of a pet sitter to be able to visit the Caves of San Josep, and recommendations for places to visit very close by. 100% recommended. Belkis's place was lovely, so close to the airport and metro. Lovely balcony and very clean.

It is in a secluded area but very nice and quiet, you have to leave the car a little away from the house but a minute or two away. We loved that the house was very clean with clean sheets and the kitchen was also very well equipped. The natural environment and the views are ideal. It's perfect to disconnect and surround yourself with nature. I would definitely repeat, but I would stay longer since two days was not enough. Alessandro's service was very friendly and Paulo was very good people and very close.

Great location! We’re big walkers, so no problem walking 45 minutes to the aquarium, and 15 minutes to the beach. Washer and dryer were super helpful to have while traveling with our toddler. The place was as described, and they offered a very friendly, in person welcome! Would recommend!

Rafa and Maria are very friendly and flexible, the apartment is perfect, large, clean, with everything you need inside. It is very well located right next to the sea, and the pool is on the same floor, which is very convenient. I recommend it 100%.

Great place in a calm area. Beach is only meters away. Beach front is huge and not busy at all. The apartment is spacious and with a huge terrace. Parking is availbale. Easy to get to the Valencia by car or by train.

Eva is a very nice and helpful host. Her place was really cozy and very well equipped. The only small disadvantage is if you share the house with guests in the second apartment, the bathroom walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Luckily we had this situation only for one night. Otherwise it's a great place to relax

We really loved staying at Jana’s condo. It’s in a great neighborhood far enough away from the touristy areas, but close enough to the top sites in Valencia to be able to easily walk around. There’s also a supermarket right across the street that we found very convenient for things like water and sunscreen. Jana was also a very responsive and welcoming host. We look forward to staying here again when we come back to Valencia :)
