Very nice apartment in a beautiful neighborhood under renovation, everything is within walking distance, Grand'Place, shops, restaurants, it has everything! In addition, Elodie and Etienne are super responsive and always pleasant, really perfect. I would recommend it in a second. Thank you!

Ideal accommodation for a short stay for 2 people. Train station, Louvre Museum, Stade Bollaert easily accessible on foot. Convenient bus to visit the twin dumps. Numerous trains every day if you want to get to Lille. (40 mins). We found the Lensois very welcoming in all the places we went. Easy and quick contact with Delphine, very clear and simple instructions to get into the home. We would highly recommend it.

A perfect stay! We had an absolutely wonderful long weekend in this place. Everything met our expectations, even beyond: the place is impeccably clean, very well equipped, providing all the comforts you need and ideally located for discovering Arras on foot. The welcome was warm and attentive, with small touches that really make a difference. It felt like home from the first few minutes. Amazing property, love the spaciousness and tour we got from our host. Few of the bedrooms have ensuite and it has an amazinf kitchen/dinning area and multiple lounges. Really nice for a group of 10 - 15 pax

to be honest, i have rented over i think 100 airbnbs in my time, Victorias home is in my top 5 accommodations, secure parking that i was very pleased about, beds were large and comfortable, outside area for smokers was undercover and very nice to sit out in even the rain, i can not recommend this place enough, i will most certainly return, even though i was only there for one night, i would have stayed for a month or more if that was where i was working, 10 out of 5 trust me

very nice and clean apartment. It is located in a very quiet and very nice area. Close to the golf course , nice for walks . the accommodation is true to the listing and the owner is very nice and attentive to the tenants. i highly recommend the place .

A very original atypical loft! A family stay with two teenagers, delighted by the setting and the games offered (foosball, billiards, arcade games). All the comforts were present in the accommodation and the host was very friendly and available to answer our questions. We would highly recommend it and would happily stay again.
