I would say that the apartment that you are staying in is very good for the price that you pay for. Amenities are good, and the apartment was clean. The only thing I would say that needs improvement would be the bed as it was quite weak and not very much support.

We stayed here to visit my relatives who also live in Acacia Estates. There was a small hiccup prior to checking in but was no big deal. The condo was clean and in great condition (Verawood is one of the nicest communities in Acacia). There is a supermarket, some places to eat, and other services across the street. SM Aura in BGC is about 10-15 minutes drive away, Vista Mall Taguig 5 min away. Overall, a great place to stay and I would book there again.

This place is conveniently located near all major establishments and is easy to find. What I liked most was the clean bedroom. The host was also very responsive.

Our quick decision to extend our trip to Tagaytay after a stay in Liliw turned out to be a fantastic one, thanks to Bethel Home Rentals at Hotel Casiana! Booking was smooth and stress-free, which was a welcome change after some hiccups at our previous accommodation. The room was clean, spacious, and exactly what we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. While we didn't have the chance to fully utilize the available cookware, it was a nice amenity to know was there. The bathroom was also good sized. The pool was true to the listing, wonderfully heated. We enjoyed a relaxing dip in the evening without having to brave the Tagaytay chill. We also appreciated the straightforward pool rules – no unnecessary hoops to jump through, just common sense. Overall, Bethel Home Rentals, was a breath of fresh air. It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing and easy overnight stay.

Mark Gervy’s place is a perfect place for me to stay before going back to US. The place is clean, comfortable and well maintained. They also have excellent amenities and security guards are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the experience here at Mark’s place. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Unit was clean and very well equiped with all the essentials, host was responsive. Very nice bear that lives on top of TV set always has a friendly smile for guests.

it was a short yet an amazing unit to stay at, The place is great and the host is responsive. overall a great experience we'll definitely comeback.but there is always a but the parking (pay parking) is quite expensive. hopefully there is a free parking nearby.

I will come back because this feels like my second home. The place is very beautiful, it feels like a home in a different country. I like the nature around it. The place is very peaceful, so peaceful that you can always hear the birds singing. Kuya Bhoy is perfect, always very proactive to what we need. Hershey and her team and Kuya Bhoy made us feel like it is our home. So I am coming back with my family and friends ans may furbabies so we can relax again on my birthday. GrabFood is very easy. The way up the mansion has a stunning city view which we really loved on our way there. Tips also: Use ps4 to watch Netflix in the barkada room. Go to the rooftop at 5pm onwards to enjoy the sunset-golden hour pictures. Living room 1 is at its best IG picture during the morning. Pool at night is IG worthy at night because of the lights and the fountain. Kitchen and dining has complete amenities. Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. The whole house is perfect for a long-term stay. Thank you so much for welcoming us to your lovely home, Ms. Elena.
