Host is very accomodating, friendly, and easy to communicate with. The place is the exact definition of hidden gem. The pictures are not enough to justify how beautiful and homey the place is. The unit was very clean and the jacuzzi is ready when we arrived. They gave a delicious complementary banana bread. (which they asked first if we have allergy to nuts and other ingredients). Our stay was very relaxing and we are planning to go visit again soon.

Great value for money. Good place if you want peace and quiet. The caretaker was helpful and the host was friendly and responsive.

Really had a good stay in Innsbruck. It's accessible, just a 5-minute walk from the mall. Despite it being in the middle of buildings, you will not feel that way when inside. It's perfect for those who wants to unwind while being surrounded by trees and nature but wants the accessibility of restaurants and stores. Most importantly, the hosts are communicative and responsive. We had a very enjoyable stay. Just 1 constructive feedback, we just found it odd that the microwave is upstairs. Would've been nice to have it around the kitchen area but it's more a nit that a hindrance to the stay. Will definitely go back :)

Perfect place to relax, the kids enjoyed their own little pool. I love the cool, relaxing weather at night. The campsite was also very near Tagaytay Market. Love the fresh lettuce we brought home upon our check out. I love the sweet pineapple too. Thor and his son are very helpful in attending to our needs.

The place is serene and relaxing, it was very clean, the jacuzzi is constantly clean for us and readily available if we want to take a dip or just chill in it. The house is very sturdy, designs are very intricate & very much well thought of and the best thing is that the house it's very clean, especially the toilet, the aircon is cool so there was no problem if we want to stay cool during the hot afternoon. Our host even suggested what beach we can go to and with an effort to drive us out to the beach where we can spent the afternoon even bought a beach umbrella for us so we can have shade from the sand & pick us up once we were ready to go. They also gave us buko juice to enjoy when we get back to the house. Did I mention that they were really giving? They even gave us mangoes from their tree, petchay, and corn for us to cook and enjoy. We felt like VIP guests, thanks to Martin & Marian. My family really enjoyed this trip, we will be coming back again & they're definitely on our reco.

The Green House hosted by Jenn was cozy and nice. it has all space you'll need for a big group or family. all of the rooms are airconditioned, could have been better if the living room downstairs have aircon too! Furnitures and ambiance were nice, wifi is great, but cell signal is a problem on the 2nd floor. Kuya Ronald was responsive and really took care of us. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, so its a good place to relax and bond with family and friends. Jenn also left us some chips as compliments for our stay.

The place was accurate to the description and the pictures provided, and was easy to find with waze. The host and the house staff were very helpful and replies fast to queries. If there's anything to recommend, maybe they could also provide drinking water and adding that to the overall fee. Overall we had a great and comfortable time at the place.

Incredible location!! I love the fact that there are multiple rooms with bathrooms that can accommodate a large group. Fully stocked kitchen! You just need to bring your own coffee, sugar and creamer but its awesome! There is a game room on the 2nd floor perfect for entertaining! The rooms have great views of the lake (bummer the construction blocked some of the view but it is still nice overall). The property is HUGE and private. You will enjoy it! Christy - the caretaker was super helpful, polite, respectful and always available if we have questions! One unforgettable instance is when we forgot to get sugar at the store and she handed her own personal new bag of sugar to us! She did not have to do that! Benedict- the owner was super responsive and always available! We had to change our people size last minute and he was very accommodating to revise arrangements. He also gave us helpful directions to find the property on the map. We enjoyed our stay.

We especially loved the cozy patio area, where we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening drinks. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights. Had a great stay, the big rooms made it more fun for party games. Place is peaceful, and the outside seating allows for cold afternoon drinks. It was refreshing to disconnect from modern day entertainment. Kudos to Sir Adrian, very friendly and accommodating. He even assisted us to start up the grill.

Great place to stay! It was a serene place to comfortably stay and has all your basic needs so no need to go out. The caretakers were very helpful and respectful.

My friends and my family had a great time staying here. The place is clean and beautiful, complete with kitchen tools that we need and bedrooms are complete with blankets and pillows. Perfect for family outing and relaxation. Even the caretaker ate Yoli is very nice. Thank you!

lPlace: Very relaxing with a wonderful ambiance. The cabin is fully equipped with toiletries and has its own toilet and bath (with a heater!). We have tried other cabins and farm stays, but this one truly stood out. Service: The owner warmly welcomed us and gave us a tour of the farm. The owner and staff are very accommodating and cheerful! Food: They have an indoor restaurant! Be sure to try their bulalo and special dessert. They also provided generous servings for breakfast. The dining area was very relaxing, making for a slow and enjoyable morning! Note: The cabin was a bit dusty, possibly due to the linens. They provided bath towels, but they shed a little (likely because they’re new) Overall, our experience was very good and relaxing! It’s a great place to escape the city. A definite go-to destination!

The hosts are accommodating and quick to respond. The place was peaceful, and we had a good rest with our five small dogs.

We had a lovely stay! I know it was supposed to be CLAYGO, but the caretaker told us to just rest and leave the dishes behind as she will do it herself. The binakol was also superb! ❤️ Ms. Joan also allowed us to extend for a few more hours which was highly appreciated since some of us arrived at the place around 2am. Will definitely go back and experience the cold weather again (we didn’t even turn on the electric fans!) Highly recommended!

A Peaceful Escape Worth Coming Back To Such a peaceful place! The cabin was spotless and smelled like fresh linen—instantly relaxing. We loved walking around the farm; there’s so much to do and see. They also serve coffee and food, and wow—it’s sooo good! IJ and the rest of the Bukid Pamana team are amazing individuals. You can really slow down here, reflect, and make munimuni. One day just wasn’t enough for us. We're already planning to come back and stay for at least two days or more! Thank you so much, Bukid Pamana and IJ! 🧡

The host is super nice and responsive. The private resort gives a nature vibe. No wifi helped us bond more and had fun with each others company. The location was a bit challenging to find, but the neighborhood is super accomodating. Please don’t be shy to ask for directions. Our stay at James' listing was a wonderful celebration of my birthday, despite a few minor issues. The peaceful atmosphere was truly relaxing, and the amenities were decent, although some lights, particularly in the pool area, weren't functioning. However, the caretakers were friendly and responsive, quickly replacing the non-working mic when I reported the issue. One quirk was having multiple caretakers on site, but it didn't detract from our experience. Ultimately, the stay was special because of the quality time I spent with my family.

The place was spacious, spotless, and had a great ambiance that made our stay super comfortable. My little nephew had a great time playing around the pool. Senior friendly and kid friendly. We had a great stay. Very peaceful. You will wake up in the morning with the view of mt. taal. Our only problem is mainit sa tanghali. Tumatagos yung init ng araw. This will be a great choice if you won't stay in the accommodation in the afternoon.

My family stayed at Havenscape and all of them said that it was beautiful. There was no complaint and the host is very responsive even when it’s midnight in the Philippines. She always answers me when I asked questions. Thank you.
