The place was perfectly situated away from the busyness of Tagaytay yet not too secluded that you can easily access restaurants, convenience stores, and malls. The room was perfect for me and my partner and we enjoyed every minute in Chino’s place. We especially loved the variety of ways to make your coffee (free and unlimited!!) in the Cactus cafe located within the premises. You can choose from either espresso, pour-over, or simple brewing. They have complete equipments for it. One thing I’d have to say is that it may not be a good option for PWDs, given the steps going in and out of the airbnb. Nonetheless, my partner and I loved this place and we’ll definitely come back for a much needed R&R whenever we’re in Tagaytay!

If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation with your family and friends in Pansol/Calamba Laguna, Celine’s place is the spot. Place is super clean, organize and well maintained. It’s like a secret garden with a natural hot spring pool and Jacuzzi. Kuya Joseph (caretaker) is also very nice and helpful. Make sure to use Celine’s instruction on how to get to the house for the address shown on the listing is a bit confusing. My family and I had a great time and we will definitely comeback. I highly recommend Celine’s place!

Thanks for the wonderful stay! The caretaker Janeth was very accommodating to our requests. One of us is a PWD with certain needs, and Janeth was very helpful and proactive in taking care of us.

We stayed for 3d/2nights to attend our church National Youth Conference in Dasma Arena. The place has a homey ambience and a spacious outdoor. Mini palengke and alfamart where we bought our food and basic necessities are walking distance, very convenient. The host, Ms. Judith is very accomodating with our request for early check-in, we arrived at the place so early before 12nn, and they allowed us in without any additional cost. Thank you so much. Just a minor request, Ms. Judith please add frying pan to the kitchen utensils please and additional spoon and fork 😅 Overall, it suits our needs 😊 thank you so much Ms. Judith for lending us your place 😊 God bless you.

We had a good time at Chinos place and even extend our stay. This place is great for both working and sightseeing. It was clean, safe and comfy. Janice help us with all requests. Chinos Mom was so kind and gave us many hints for traveling the Philippines. 😊👍🏻 We will come back once we are again in Tagaytay.

This place is beautiful, peaceful, and super spacious. Definitely feels like a home away from home! ❤️ I love how the pool and kitchen are thoughtfully placed apart from the main house. The pool is refreshing (maybe a little too cold if you’re not visiting in summer!), it starts at around 5ft+ deep for adults and has a kiddie area for the little ones to enjoy. Loved the big smart TV with Netflix, plus they sell handy extras like baby floaters, liquor or wine. One minor downside is that the loft area gets hot during the day—it would be great if they could fix or replace the aircon upstairs beyond just electric fans. Thankfully, it cools down nicely in the evening. Also, mosquitoes can be a bit of a bother at night, so don’t forget repellents, especially for the kids! Given the open space and surrounding trees, it’s understandable, but maybe they could do something to help minimize them. Overall, a super relaxing spot with everything you need for a fun getaway. ☺️

If you are looking for a place where your family can relax and 100% spend your days bonding together without gadgets — this is the place!! Everything is 101% beyond our expectations. It was indeed one of the best places our family stayed at. Kuya Toto is also very friendly and attentive to our needs. Nothing but thumbs up for this place! Covina Guest House was very clean, everything works well, complete utencils, appliances, friendly and helpful caretaker. The owner was very accommodating, even gave us pineapples.

It was a smooth experience from booking to check out. The caretaker was easy to communicate with and very considerate as we attended a wedding and got back a little late in the place.

We only had one issue, such as the inflexibility of the check-in process. We traveled from Lipa, some from San Juan, Batangas, and couldn't anticipate our exact arrival time at the venue. We weren't allowed in and had to wait outside the gate, even though the place was clean, and there were no other visitors. kahit sana sa loob para makaupo man lang kasi may couch naman don. They said we couldn't enter until exactly 7 pm. Another concern arose during check-out when they claimed there was damage to the fridge, which wasn't checked during our check-in, and we were asked to pay 300 pesos. Despite these issues, we had an enjoyable time overall. Perhaps they should consider improving flexibility with check-in procedures. Thank you, Joy!

Our host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, always just a message away whenever we had a question or request. Their hospitality made the whole experience feel seamless and welcoming from the moment we arrived. One of the standout features of our stay was the exceptional butler service. Attentive without being intrusive, the butler anticipated our needs with grace and efficiency, adding a true touch of luxury to our trip. As guests, we couldn’t have asked for more. The combination of beautiful surroundings, personalized service, and warm hospitality made this a 5 star experience! Highly recommend!

A great place to stay if you wish to take a break for a while. The place was clean and neat. The caretakers are also responsive and very welcoming. They also assist us upon arrival of the place. The place is kms away from Tagaytay so it is very accessible to restaurants and drug stores. It is also a pet friendly place and it was a wonderful place to stay if you wish to bond with your family too. Highly recommended and looking forward to stay again in the future. Thank you.

Ms. Josephine is a super host! Very accommodating. We asked for a favor and with no hestitation granted it. The place is clean, smells good, in a quiet neighborhood, has complete amenities. Location is good too. My family loved staying there. We are looking forward on staying at Ms. Joephine's place again. Kuya Lito is welcoming as well. Recommending it. 11/10

The place is relaxing and located in a nice area. From the moment we arrived, the owner welcomed us warmly and explained everything we needed to know. She even gave us chicken curry and rice for dinner, which we really appreciated. Ms. Elena is approachable and kind.

This place was amazing! The rooms were perfect. The outdoor feel of the bathrooms made us feel like we were in Bali. The pool was clean. The space was just overall great! It was the perfect venue for our team building. Our American boss who was hard to please was very impressed! Their butler service is a must-have! We got to relax and just be with our teammates and families while they prepped food for us and cleaned up after meals. Mark (the chef) and Hannah (such a sweetheart) made us delicious dishes. Just make sure u provide the ingredients because they can only use what u have. Mark even made us a dipping sauce for our chicken wings and had us taste it to make sure we liked it. We loved it! This place is perfect for any big get togethers. And communication is key. They will work with u to ensure ur group has everything u need. Some charges may apply but pricing is still reasonable.
