Excellent place, the cabin is very nice, it was very clean, everything was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Excellent location, you can hear and have access to the river and very close to the traditional fair. Felipe was very attentive, we would definitely come back to this place.

Very good apartment in a new condominium and equipped with everything you need to have a good stay, it is ideal to go by car since it is only 5 minutes from downtown Pucón, but to walk it is a little far.

Everything is very good, very nice place and very comfortable in the house. Very friendly kitchenette and always available for any questions, super recommended.

The place is beautiful, the conservation of its native forest, the cabin is very spacious and comfortable, the cleanliness was impeccable, we were 5 days well enjoyed, the best was the jacuzzi. we really enjoyed family. The hostess is very friendly and nice, always willing to help and gave us many tips on activities to do and where to eat. Highly recommended!!

First of all, point out the willingness of Rosa, excellent host, always cared for every detail. Very accessible with our needs, it was a very pleasant weekend to walk, meet and enjoy the amenities of the house. My family and me had a great time here! I can truly say Guillermo is the best host we have ever had on airbnb. As we had an issue with our drivers license, he even picked us up from the bus station and brought us to this wonderful house. He was offering his help constantly and furthermore is really a heartwarming person. The house itself was very impressive with astonishing architecture, located in the middle of the forest, but not too far from the city center. We even could move around with Uber (although I can only recommend to have a car if possible, as the location is a bit outside). The beds are probably the most comfortable we have ever had in an airbnb. Everything in the house (ie the bathrooms, furnitures, etc) is in mint condition The pool and Tinaja are in great condition and the garden is huge. Also the place has a great asado place. I can recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a calm place to relax and for anyone who wants a supportive host. Thanks Guillermo ❤

The place is located just 5 minutes away from downtown Pucon by car. The apartment is very nice and spacious in the common areas and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast or dinner. It's very quiet, so you get a good rest. Francisco is very friendly and is always attentive to answer your questions. I'd stay there again :)

We were very pleased. Mario is attentive. The house is comfortable, located near the waterfront and supermarket, ideal for walking. The place is very quiet and safe. Everything was clean, the kitchen and gazebo were well-equipped, the beds were comfortable.

We loved coming to this place! I came with my family, my kittens and my partner, and it was a pleasant surprise from the moment we opened the door. The view of the apartment encourages you to stay more days and to enjoy every space it has. The apartment is in an enclosed condominium and has plenty of space to walk around, so it's perfect if you're looking for a place to get disconnected… It's also quite spacious so we had no issues with the space. Mrs. Ursula always responding very kind to our queries. We definitely hope to return in the future.

The house is larger than what is seen in photos, everything is very clean, the kitchen has everything you need. Very comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms all with shower. The pool is very nice and the surroundings are very nice, you can walk and see a waterfall. We have 2 pets (perritas) and in the place there are 3 big but loving dogs, they did not present a problem for us, they are also in general in their home with the caretaker. Paul and Susana are good hosts, attentive and friendly, we would definitely come back.

After the initial problem at check in, the host got us another excellent apartment and was very thoughtful. But this is something that cannot be allowed to pass without being registered. We lost a few hours waiting for the cleaning of the other apartment, located in the same condominium, which has great structure, pool with green area in its surroundings. Very nice place to stay.

Patricia’s apartment is ideal for long term stays, especially for digital nomads. It has a small but well-stocked kitchen, a desk in the bedroom and a table in the living room for working from, and fast internet. My partner and I lived and worked from this apartment for two months and were very happy there! Location wise, it’s about a 30 minute walk from the center of town, which we didn’t mind. Also, we were there in the fall (shoulder season) so we didn’t have a problem finding Ubers when we didn’t want to do the walk.

Excellent location, we were very satisfied with the place, Gonzalo is a very good host, responsible and always attentive and concerned that everything was fine during our stay.

The apartment has a good location and two parking spaces. It overlooks the condominium, is spacious, well equipped for 8 people, and close to the beach.

Rody & Claudia were extremely helpful after a series of unfortunate events. The flat is spacious, clean and it has an amazing view to the lake, just few steps away from the town center. I totally recommend this Airbnb, amazing hosts and very convenient.

Very nice place, we arrived at the apartment unexpectedly and thanks to Alejandra we were able to stay quickly. The impeccable depto, with all the necessary users. The environment of the very quiet, ideal to rest after a day of much tourism. It's a little small but for families who are out all day and only get to sleep, this is perfect.

Spacious, comfortable house, beautiful place, large patio, exquisite pool; the house has everything you need; it's like being at home; ideal to get away from the noise, stay there and rest; for teenagers, it's close by if they go out at night, since you have to take them and pick them up, because Ubers don't go up, since it's just a two-way road, uphill and a dirt road; and walking to town is too far. By car, everything is perfect. 100% recommended
