Ubytování krásné a čisté. Bylo tam vše, co jsme potřebovali. Děti si užily bazén, večer jsme si užívali výhled a grilování. Pro mě horší příjezdová cesta do kopce autem, chce to menší auto nebo odvážnějšího řidiče. Lokalita ale skvělá, blízko centra, přitom v soukromí. Hostitelka reagovala ihned na všechny dotazy a byla velmi ochotná.

Magnifique maison fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Seul bémol sur les aboiements de chiens des voisins la journée et surtout la nuit mais que faire contre ça... Merci à Catalina et Julien pour leur disponibilité et leur accueil tout était parfait.

We had a lovely week at Salva’s beach home. It is a cozy spot just a block from the beach, with plenty of outdoor space and a great rooftop and view of the ocean and town. The primary bedroom was on the second floor and it was nice to have a peaceful oasis, while our two teens had the downstairs bedrooms. We opted not to purchase the WiFi and enjoyed a digital detox for the week with lots of walks in the foothills (trail just 3 min from the house), beach explores, visits to surrounding towns (Artà, Colònia de Sant Pere, Sóller, Cala Rajada), and evening card games. There are also few great restaurants just a 10 minute walk from the house. We were there for Easter break, so the town felt very relaxed and pesceful. Salva helped us problem solve a few issues that came up and was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this spot, and plan to return. We had a wonderful stay at this very nice house in Colonia with our two children age 9 and 11. The village is calm and endearing. With nice restaurants on the boulevard to enjoy dinners with sunset. The small beach is good for swims. And overall a good base to explore the nice bays on the south east coast as well as up north. Palma is an hour drive and very nice for a visit. The house is spacious and clean. Everything you need is there. The courtyard has nice sun in the morning and afternoon. And a view on the rockformations. And especially when you are coming by plane it is very nice to have some products to use like salt, pepper, oil, herbs, toiletpaper, soaps, to start up. Contact with Marta was easy. So if you are looking for a quieter but lovely small town and a comfortable place then it is 100% recommended.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at your beautiful house. Hosts were welcoming and informative. The house itself was clean and spacious, with lots of beautiful spaces to relax and unwind in. The pool and nature surroundings made for a perfect escape. The location up north was fantastic - there are lots of beautiful places to visit within a 5-20 minute drive. We were also blessed with a visit from the little cats on the property, which was a lovely addition. The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly when we needed an additional plug converter. Overall we had a very memorable and enjoyable time!

Wir hatten wundervolle Tage , konnten entspannen und die Ruhe genießen, zugleich war man schnell in einer Stadt für Besorgungen. Die Finca ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat fast alles. - von Netflix bis zu einem süßen Bad. Zum absoluten Glücke fehlten nur zwei größere Gläser - also ein Luxus-Problem😎 absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Es ist sehr großzügig und es hat einen sehr gemütlichen Stil, so dass man sich direkt zuhause fühlt. Es ist an alles gedacht, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Kirsche aus der Torte ist die wunderbare Dachterrasse, von der man einen traumhaften Ausblick hat. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war toll, schnell und immer effektiv. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

Incrível. O dono da Casa foi bastante prestável. Casa super bem equipada. No lugar ótimo para quem quer estar longe da confusão. Tem uma piscina gigante, muito bem tratada. Apenas sentimos que haviam bastante mosquitos tendo ficado picadas. Tem bastante espaço e tem tudo que precisamos, até mesmo aqueles pequenos extras que por vezes não são assim tão necessário comprar. Gostamos muito, um check-in bastante fácil assim como o checkout. O dono da casa deixou de ficar até o final do dia.

Cati & Paolas place was one of the most beautiful airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. It was incredibly well decorated, the swimming pool was a dream and it had all the amenities we needed. It was around 15min drive to the beaches on the Santanyi side and I could not recommend this place enough! Already planning to come back soon. Thank you for everything!

We loved our stay here! The house was spacious and perfect for a family (6-8 persons) holiday. The house is located in a very peaceful & quiet area. The garden with private pool was beautiful. So nice to wake up to the sound of birds and very green garden. We also had access to an outside gym and ping pong table, which was fun. All the rooms had airconditioning, which we did not need in April/May, but real nice to have in the summer season. There is a Lidl in walking distance which was very convenient. And it was a 2 minute drive to an Aldi & Mercadona. Lots of restaurants at the beach of Can Picafort (5 min drive) or in the neighboring towns like Muro. The communication with Fabio beforehand and during our stay was very friendly & warm. He was very helpful, made us feel right at home and a great host. We also loved his cat and dog Nico that came and visit us now and again ;) We would love to come back again! Especially during summertime so we can make use of the pool :)

The house was perfect, the heated pool was excellent and the kitchen and house in general was really well equipped with everything needed for a great holiday. Francisco and Ana were such lovely hosts and really made an effort, we really appreciated the welcome gift, recommendations and responsiveness. Thanks again for being such great hosts.

My family and I went here for a short break in April. We wished we could have stayed longer. It is very conveniently located for going into either Puerto da Pollensa or Alcudia, but far enough outside Puerto da Pollensa to make it feel rural. The views from the front of the property are amazing and the pool just the right size for relaxing at. Our host was kind enough to provide some groceries for our first morning as we arrived late on the Sunday night. I would love to stay here again.

Das Haus war sehr schön, groß und entsprach den Bildern. Die Einrichtung war modern und die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Am besten war der riesige Pool und der schöne Garten. Es gab 2 Esstische draußen, Liegen zum Sonnen und eine kleinen Garten mit Palmen. Die 2 Bäder + Toilette waren perfekt für 6 Leute. Die Schlafzimmer waren auch sehr schön und mit Schränken, Kommoden und Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig. Im Ort selber gibt es nur eine Apotheke, aber es gibt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß eine Bushaltestelle. Man kann mehrmals die Stunde mit dem Bus zum Beispiel nach Palma fahren oder benötigt ein Mietauto. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr schön und die Absprache mit Petra hat gut funktioniert! Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter!

We spent a long weekend in Alcudia with our extended family. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms David’s villa is very spacious. Central air conditioning in every room, blackout blinds, ample storage and comfortable beds. Very child friendly, even with a bunch of toys and beach/swimming gear. Kitchen had all we needed, including cooker; dishwasher, bit fridge and freezer. And nice location too. Plenty of parking, walking distance to the beach and only a short drive away from various restaurants and supermarkets. David helped with a lot of recommendations too. We’re definitely coming back.

Sehr, sehr ruhige schöne Lage. Genau dass, was wir gesucht und gebraucht hatten. Das Haus, die Terrasse und der schöne Pool haben uns tolle und entspannte Tage ermöglicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ganz klare Empfehlung. Der Kontakt zu Guillermo war ebenfalls sehr gut, wir benötigten einmal Hilfe wegen des Stroms und Guillermo war innerhalb von 10 Minuten vor Ort.

Es war eine wunderschöne Unterkunft. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann dort einfach perfekt entspannen und seinen Urlaub genießen. Kann man nur empfehlen

Tuvimos que quedarnos en casa de Rafael por una emergencia personal con nuestras mascotas. Rafael hizo todo lo posible por nosotros. Prepararon y limpiaron la casa en el último momento. Siempre amables y atentos. No podríamos haber elegido un lugar mejor para nuestra estancia. La casa es muy espaciosa y está bien organizada. Está a solo 20 minutos como máximo de Palma en una ubicación tranquila y de fácil acceso en el campo.

Un appartement au milieu de la nature, des animaux (chèvres, poules, chats, chien) et des plantes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Petra et Santi sont très sympathiques, à notre écoute sans être intrusif. Logement idéal par beau temps mais l'intérieur vieillot et sombre peut s'avérer moins agréable par mauvais temps prolongé.

Wir waren zu zweit unterwegs und daher wenig in der Unterkunft, sie hat aber keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Alles war super sauber und hat seinen Zweck erfüllt. Wir duften unser Gepäck schon vor Check-In auf der Terrasse lagern, um den Strand und die Restaurants zu erkunden. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

We had an absolutely fantastic long weekend in Mallorca, largely thanks to Ed & Wayne’s wonderful apartment. It’s fully equipped with everything you could need and located in a truly stunning spot in Port de Sóller – waking up to the view over the bay was pure joy. Everything was perfectly taken care of, and communication was smooth and warm. Highly recommended!

I was at Cesc's farm for a 'workation' and it was just the perfect place for it. I worked by day next to the swimming pool and in the breaks and after work I was able to instantly relax. This was because of the beautiful farm with swimming pool, the nice kitchen, all of the lovely animals and the great nature around the farm. Francesc was an incredible host in every way: super kind, responsive and gave a lot of tips. I would recommend everybody to go here if you're looking for a nice and relaxing getaway.

A very beautiful and quiet property with a large garden and a small but cozy casita. We really enjoyed our stay there, and our puppy felt right at home! Communication with Ana and Matheus was excellent. They helped us very quickly with one or two problems and checked in with us almost daily. There's really nothing to complain about, except that the kitchen is a bit sparsely equipped. There's no kettle, no good chopping knives, and no large cups. But that shouldn't be a problem for non-cookers, and even if you do cook, you'll be fine. Thank you, Ana & Matheus, for this wonderful stay! We wish you a great season!

Schöne Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick. Der Balkon ist definitiv das Herzstück der Wohnung. Wir waren 4 Wochen dort und haben uns schnell eingelebt. Die Nähe zum Strand ist grandios. Schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Ein Mietwagen ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Wirklich toller Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!
