Take a break and relax on the top floor. Climbing 5 floors is not at all encouraging; however, I promise you that you will fully enjoy the total tranquility and lighting that this small space offers you. Studio for 2 people with integrated environments: built-in electric kitchen, living room, double bed, and full bathroom with hot water. It also has a microwave, refrigerator, and all the kitchenware to cook and enjoy a hot coffee or some delicious spaghetti. Welcome!

The place very cozy and distributed, had everything needed in the kitchen, spacious and comfortable, it was close to the plaza and you found everything, I really liked it

A new and beautiful apartment

It is a nice place to vacation with friends and/or family, the place is very central and everything is very close, in addition the area is very quiet, the apartment is very tidy and just like the photos. The person in charge is very friendly and everything is very satisfactory, he was always attentive to everything. Really highly recommended.

New place to stay

Furnished apartment in a safe area

My family and I were delighted with the kindness of Luciana and her family, who were always available for whatever we needed at the accommodation. They welcomed us in the best way. Luciana was very understanding and moved up the check-in time since we arrived at dawn and wanted to rest. They were very punctual and thanks to that we were able to enjoy the day in the best way. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious, tidy, clean, we didn't need anything at all, we had all the amenities, we felt right at home. In addition, the location was excellent since you had the main square, the center and other points very close to which you could walk and get to know the city along the way. The area was too safe and quiet, not noisy or loud, perfect for resting. We highly recommend staying with her, you'll love it as much as we do! We hope to return soon, and we would definitely stay in this charming apartment.

Marcela was very friendly and helpful. Place is just like you see in the pictures. The ocean views are excellent. Place is near some restaurants that can be a bit loud during the day but it's very peaceful and quiet at night. Easy access to the beach.

It was a nice stay as it is a place is super spacious and comfortable. Oswaldo in the same way makes the stay a nice experience, as it gives you all the basics you need in the accommodation and is always in touch in case of any inconvenience arise. In addition to it, they have the basic services and something else . Good experience

We really enjoyed the place. There is a closed garage for cars where our two motorcycles were also able to enter (big plus for bikers!) Both bedrooms are spacious and each have a clean bathroom WITH hot water 👍 The washing machine and all the kitchen utensils were very useful to us, you will not want for anything. Highly recommended for a stay in Chicama.

We felt super comfortable and welcome, the place was very clean and tidy, Manuel and Mrs. Socorro's attention and directions were super clear, we felt very comfortable and grateful for the attention they gave us. I would definitely come back and highly recommend them, it feels like a very warm atmosphere.

When I entered this accommodation, I never imagined that I would find a place as spectacular as Valeria's Airbnb and with people with so much human quality like Valeria and her mother Marleny, who were attentive to ALL our needs, since I was accompanied by my 82-year-old father. So this wonderful accommodation surrounded by beautiful nature was a good rest for all of us. And the parking was super comfortable, where we could enjoy refreshing air conditioning in the lower part of the house, where we could cool off from the strong heat of Jaén. Added to this the details of water, snacks and more, I definitely recommend it and I would return again and again, this will be my favorite Airbnb in Jaén 🙏❤️
