I have stayed at this apartment twice now, and it has been great each time. The place is perfectly located and is very central and walk-able to any place in Baños del Inca. It is also quite secure and quiet, with a great view. Finally, Luis Orlando has always been great to rent from - very responsive and helpful We really could not ask for anything more.

Everything is ok! the only thing is that there is a street light post right in the window of the main room that even with the curtains we were able to cover the light.

The apartment is equipped in any matters. There was a perfect kitchen, a water tank for drinking water, a washing machine, and a coffee machine. The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood only 8 minutes by feet from the beach. Priscilla was super nice and helpful at any times. We enjoyed our stay here very much and prolonged it twice :)

House itself was clean and there was a lot of space. I recommend heaters if you’re renting this place during winter. Internet was a blast, fast and wi-fi covers the entire house. The host was an amazing person, and she complied with a couple suggestions, thank you for that.
