Beachfront vacation rentals in Cagnes-sur-Mer

We stayed at Francoise's house for 1 week in April and had a lovely time. The house is nice and quiet, well equipped, with a private garden and access to the shared pool, and short walk to multiple coves and beaches for swimming. St Raphael is a short walk or cycle away. We would recommend this place.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der „kleinen Hütte“ inmitten von diesem exotischen Gartenparadies! Ein Ort zum Entspannen! Gut gelegen, wenige Minuten bis zum Strand. Der Hafen Santa Lucia ist auch in der Nähe mit ausgezeichneten Restaurants. Sehr sympathische und freundliche Gastgeber.

We had a beautiful holiday at this villa; 9 of us stayed comfortably, with plenty of space and everything you could need for a great holiday. We spent most of our time in the pool, it’s a fab size and with the garden, it is perfect for kids. The villa is very private, just a few mins walk to a very small beach and few minutes to bus stops. We didn’t drive so found it a little far from the supermarket to walk but buses were regular, easy and cheap! The surrounding areas of Nice, Cannes and especially Antibes are stunning. Overall a perfect holiday, thank you ☺️

Leiligheten og uteområdene var helt super for meg og min lille familie som bodde der i tre uker. Føltes rent og trygt. Man kunne ikke styre aircondition selv da utleier hadde kontroll på den digitalt, men det gikk helt fint. Kan anbefale leiligheten!

Spacious apartment and very responsive and helpful host. Great aircon for the height of summer season. Pool lovely and well located for both walking into Antibes and Juan Les Pins. Could be modernised in some areas like the kitchen but all very clean and things working fine.

Hôte très accueillant et à l’écoute. Maison très spacieuse, au calme et sans vis à vis. Piscine de bonne taille pour une grande famille et cerise sur le gâteau « réchauffable », ce qui est très agréable en début ou en fin de saison pour pouvoir en profiter.

We absolutely loved our stay at Christelle's beach side apartment. The view was spectacular! It is very convenient to the metro and walking distance to the CAP3000 Mall. It is in a great location to just get away from the crowds, stroll the boardwalk, and relax with a bottle of wine on the veranda. I highly recommend her place and we would definitely stay here again.

This apartment is fantastic value, the apartment is less than 2 minutes from the beach. The best restaurant i Juan Les Pins "Le Bistrot" is 50 metres away! A decent supermarket is just around the corner and yet it still feel quiet in the apartment. The apartment is large, comfortable and clean. Angela is very responsive and helpful. it's great!

Appartement très agréable, entouré de verdure, calme. Ce logement est très bien situé, proximité du port de Frejus, de la mer ,des commerces et restaurants...tout peut se faire à pied.....Le parking est un plus.

We were three couples and this listing was exactly what we wanted. It had everything we needed for a week-long stay. The location is perfect, half a block and you’re in old town. Beach is across the street. The upper balcony has an amazing view of the Nice coast and the town lights up golden as the sun comes up. There are three stories. From the front door (ground level) you go up to the main living area, well stocked kitchen and balcony. The master bedroom is a few steps down from ground level with a tub and dual sinks in the bedroom and a privacy screen. It’s a very comfortable room with a nice closet and lots of room to unpack. The toilet closet is just outside the bedroom door. The other two bedrooms are one more level down with a separate toilet closet and a separate shower sink room. The shower is large and has great water pressure. Each bedroom has its own split unit AC/heat. All bedrooms have outside patio areas but no views except for the upper level. Great spot!

Un super séjour passé au sein de ce sympathique appartement. Très bien positionné par rapport au palais des festivals, de la plage et des diverses commodités. Gérard est à l'écoute et répond rapidement aux questions, très bon logement.

Nous avons apprécié le logement très agréable, bien équipé et fonctionnel. L'endroit calme est situé proche du sentier du littoral et des plages. Marc est très disponible et très accueillant. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour.

Appartement très agréable en rez de jardin avec petite terrasse donnant sur un jardin partagé. Propre et bien équipé. Emplacement idéal, proche de toutes commodités, de plages et de départ de randonnées. Isabelle et son époux sont très accueillants et très réactifs. Nous conseillons sans hésiter et reviendrons probablement.

Jean-Marc’s apartment in Nice is unbeatable. My husband and I had the opportunity to stay in his home as part of our trip and it was truly incredible. The home is so close to the beach, plenty of restaurants and bars, and generally walkable. Public transportation is easy to access and ubering was also super convenient. It would be a pleasure to be able to stay in this home again.

We absolutely loved Philippe’s place! It was the perfect spot to stay while attending the Monaco Grand Prix. There's a direct bus nearby, with easy access to both Monte-Carlo and Nice-Ville. We took day trips along the coast to explore various Riviera towns; from Cannes to Monte-Carlo, and even the charming Italian town of Ventimiglia. The apartment boasts a stunning balcony view and is both beautiful and comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to everything you want to see along the Riviera. The place is well-equipped, and Philippe is a really nice person, always responsive, with great tips and clear instructions.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Mathieu and Sophie's beautiful home! They're backyard is a perfect spot to relax under the tree and overlook the ocean. It's also a perfect spot to watch the beautiful sunrises. The home is very modern with very high tech controls but able to quickly learn due to their very well written instructions. The ability to play music from their built in speakers was a nice touch. Having a private parking spot was very helpful since we had a car. We loved the neighborhood, close to bakeries, a bocci ball park, and not far from restaurants and shopping. But far away enough from the city center for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Thank you to Mathieu and Sophie for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Excellent option for staying in the area. Seaviews are amazing, inmerse in a beautiful mediterranean garden. There is a very complete kitchen and a flawless bathroom as well. Franco and her wife were very welcoming and helped with everything they could. I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay here! The view is lovely! I am so glad someone met us there to show us all of the in’s and out’s! The tram station is close, walking along the promenade de Anglais was lovely and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony! They were very responsive to all of our messages!
