Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Cagayan Valley

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating with our requests. Whilst the house isn’t that new, we can see the efforts put together to ensure that they offer a pleasant and comfortable place for their guests. The road was under construction at the time and it also rained which was a bummer but nonetheless a great experience for my family and friends. Thank you!

Home away from home 🏡 we really loved the place at first sight! The charm of the house is very inviting to take a break from the noise, and just enjoy the present moment. Perfect location – it has an easy drive to the beach while enjoying the view of province life. During the peak seasons where there can be a lot of people at the beach, you go home to Anton’s place that offers the right amount of peace & quiet. This is also perfect for long stays with remote work setup - the internet is fast!

We had a wonderful staycation, the we enjoyed so much. The room was clean and neat, the pool was refreshing, and the caretaker was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We loved the place because it was perfect to relax and unwind. We'll definitely be back for another staycation soon with extended family.

Description stated in the listing is very much accurate. Though there aren’t as much pictures shown, they are very accurate and not camera tricks. The listing definitely exceeded our expectations. I initially found the pictures too good to be true with regards to the size but the common space, living room, kitchen and rooms are really very spacious. There are a total of 11 room. 2 by the poolside, 1 in the mainhouse with direct access to the poolside and ensuite bathroom/toilet and another 2 more in the 1st floor with access to a common comfort room. There are 6 more rooms in the 2nd floor. Even with our group of 20 adults and 10 kids, we still had 1-2 rooms spare. Pool is very clean and well maintained with a bar area. The listing is complete with all kitchen accessories and appliances and may be used. Videoke was placed inside the house sa as not to disturb the neighbors in case you would want to sing your hearts out during your entire stay there. Wifi is available and signal is spread out in the entire rental. There is indoor parking for 2 cars and driveway parking for some more vehicles. It is situated inside a secured and quiet neighborhood. A convenience store is just outside the main gate that has essentially everyting you might need plus more. They have a variety of cheese, coldcuts, sandwiches and pizza. Caretakers are available anytime and are very nice too. Folding tables and monobloc chairs are available in the listing.

Maribas was very accommodating and generous. Our family of 13 has more than enough room and enjoyed every minute of her beautiful home. Can see the rice terraces from the balcony. Highly recommended

Super accommodating host! Ms. Gianne allowed my wife’s late night check-in/out after a long trip and even provided an iron when she needed one. The place was squeaky clean, especially the CR. According to my wife, the CR smelled so good that she even took a photo of the air freshener (planning to buy one). All the amenities were there as promised. Road going to the place is still a bit rough (since it's new), but no problem if you have a car since there’s a big parking space in front. Ms. Gianne is super kind, replies fast, and even offered free chocolate milk! We are very grateful for the hospitality. Would definitely recommend! ⭐️✨😇

Great host, will book again if I’m back in area..

The house was squeaky clean and the host is very responsive. We just didn’t know that you need to walk uphill to get to the house which might be difficult if you have senior companions. But overall, a very nice and peaceful place to stay in Sagada.

Stayed in this cozy apartment for a night with my Family,, had a long travel since we came from Bataan… we had a relaxing night . The unit is clean and neat and is exactly the same as the pictures. the area is located in the city and is very accessible to the fast foods, banks etc. the host, Miss Anna Lyn is always available to answer our questions. It is very easy to check in and check out.. (instructions were sent prior to our arrival) will definitely book again if ever we go back to Nueva Vizcaya!

I booked Sir Jaime's place because I needed a quiet, comfortable environment to study for my boards, while also having enough space for my daughter to stay and move around freely. The apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it provided the perfect calm atmosphere for focused study. Additionally, it’s conveniently close to grocery stores, making errands easy and stress-free. The spacious layout makes it an excellent choice for families or anyone looking for a roomy, welcoming place to stay. Highly recommended!
