Beachfront vacation rentals in Cabedelo

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

Marianna was very attentive, she welcomed us on time. Airy, clean and airy environment in the rooms! Excellent!!!!

We had a super nice stay! Everything was exactly as in the listing – both the apartment, which is exactly as in the listing, and the condominium, which has an excellent leisure area. Our kids had a great time! The hosts were always very attentive and helpful. We recommend for sure and look forward to coming back soon!

Space exactly as described. Mr. Paulo was very attentive, Jacilene, who received us, was very kind and friendly, they met all our requests. They serve very tasty dishes, order the tapioca which is quite stuffed. The place is quiet and pleasant, very close to the beach. We only had a small inconvenience with a neighbor in the flat next door who made a little noise and it became uncomfortable at bedtime. Everything else was great.

The flat is very well located in Jardim Oceania, an area also known as Bessa, close to bakeries, restaurants and beaches. I didn't think the beach in front of the building was suitable for bathing (I didn't see anyone in the sea), we walked about 1km to the beach of Jardim Oceania and later was the part known as Caribessa. Unfortunately the tide was high when we went, which made it impossible for us to stay there. The flat is very well equipped with many household appliances, as well as being quite new. We managed to prepare our breakfast with great peace of mind. The Get One building resembles a hotel, with many flats for tourists. The pool area is excellent, but we miss a parasol. You can't stay out of the pool because there is practically no shade. Hosts are available and polite. Anyway, we recommend the flat for those who want to know the north coast of João Pessoa.

Very good location with bakery, 24h banking terminal, restaurant, pizzeria, pharmacy, fuel station and the beach, all close by. The flat exactly matches the picture with everything working. When it is necessary to talk to Felipe, the return was fast and efficient. Reception staff also super polite and helpful. Anyway, returning to JP will certainly stay in that same place.

All the same as the listing! Very nice apartment, it has everything you need. I felt at home! The neighborhood is great, it has everything, bars, restaurants, a supermarket and the beach is close! Check-in was very flexible and I appreciate Denise's hospitality!

very good apartment, great location, close to several beaches

We spent excellent days in the apartment. The penthouse is very cozy, has easy access to the beach, is next to great receptives, has a fantastic view of the sea, not to mention that the pool is great. The hosts are very attentive and responded quickly when we needed to ask some questions. Our family was super satisfied. We certainly recommend the accommodation. We'll definitely be back again and again.

During our stay, we had an amazing experience! The place is excellent and was equipped with everything we needed – from chairs, umbrella to frescobol. The location is perfect: literally a stone's throw from the sea, which made our access to the beach extremely practical and pleasant. I highly recommend it!

The house is very good, it delivers everything it promises in the ad, we really liked the location, the house's cleanliness, the air-conditioning, which is a very important point due to the heat in Jampa, a very polite host arrived at the scheduled time, we were very happy in the days we spent there, we will certainly return, we recommend it especially for those who have good taste. Hugo’s place is amazing! Very clean, organized and with all amenities you need. Besides that, the location is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the great and calm ocean right there. I look forward to coming back soon!

The atmosphere is excellent, good at everything: location, facilities, reception. However, I think the place is better suited for only two people (couple) or family. The shower and toilet are separated by almost transparent glass, so there is not much privacy. So I recommend that guests be very close

wonderful location, on the sand and beautiful beach

Spectacular accommodation, the apartment is incredibly spacious and comfortable, and we were a large class, great kitchen, a lot of living area, very airy, not to mention that we had at our disposal, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, 3 parking spaces, and great location, without blemish. Hosts were very responsive, quick to respond, made us very comfortable. VALEU MUUUITO A PUE!

Great place to rest. Condomínio super complete and facing the sea. Beach is wonderful, clean, little mess, hot water, very safe. The apartment is very spacious, all air-conditioned, a delight. You just need to improve the linen, better sheets, towels and others. I'll be back for sure !!!!

Kaori's apartment is just amazing! Well located, new and very well maintained, it exceeded our expectations. During our stay, we had no complications, everything was perfect. Impeccable apartment, extremely attentive host, we arrived outside of check in time, he made our entrance available before the time, the excellent bed and bath linens, rooms with air, comfortable beds, wonderful pool area on the days we used was just my family, quiet building a block of pharmacies, markets and restaurants, wonderful views of the sea, we didn't want to leave! Very quiet place, Apartment exactly as the photos, in person better! We will definitely come back!

One of the best accommodations I could find in the Cabedelo and Intermares region. The care and attention of the hosts also contributed a lot to my stay. I recommend it and will definitely be back at the first opportunity I get!

Whenever we go to João Pessoa we stay in the apartment. The condominium is right on the sand, the pool is wonderful, a family atmosphere and the apartment is always very clean and organized. The kitchen is very complete and the parking space is great. We can't wait to come back again. Ricardo is very attentive, communicative and responds promptly. I highly recommend it!
