Amazing home. It’s our second time staying. We will plan on staying with Rui again.

The stay was great! We searched, on the recommendation of a family member, a quiet place to rest and that is exactly what was given to us. Daniela, host, has always been very attentive and has given her utmost to provide us with a spectacular stay! The apartment was fully equipped and it was easy to feel at home! Many thanks for everything! You got my expectations to exceed!

I really recommend this place. My family and I were able to enjoy moments of rest and leisure, with calm, tranquility and quality. Daniela was always kind, responsive, and helpful. Unfortunately we didn't have enough time to use the indoor pool due to our schedule ! Clean, large and comfortable spaces, allied to a good decoration. We will certainly be back.

Absolutely stunning space. All the outdoor terrain is beautifully cared for and gives us the feeling of total privacy, of being in another dimension. It's beautiful. Wonderful swimming pool. The house is also extremely comfortable, with all amenities needed. Nothing to point out wrong.

We were warmly greeted by Sara, who was incredibly helpful throughout our three-day stay at the Quinta. The cottage is simple—consisitn g a one-bedroom, two-bathroom unit with a basic kitchen—one of four similar units converted from granite walles outbuildings of a grand Quinta. The property is expansive, offering many lovely spots to relax, whether in the vineyard, under a fig tree, or around the generously sized swimming pool. Despite being in a secluded valley, it's just a short drive to Cabeceiras de Basto, where you'll find charming Praia Fluvials, shops, cafes, and restaurants. We quickly became friends with another group occupying the other three properties, enjoying shared meals and drinks while the children played in the pool. Casa de Sestelo is an amazing, relaxing spot to spend a few days.

A wonderful stay, a beautiful and very relaxing villa. We arrived early and were able to advance the schedule to collect the keys . They are really hosts who are very attentive to our needs and accommodating . We had a great time and met hosts as they are rare . Thanks again for the stay

This entire experience was so fun! We went for a little getaway and walked away with some fun adventures. When Paulo heard we liked animals, he helped us get set up with a little horse ride for the kids. When I needed a dish to bake a special dinner, Tereza lent us a nice dish for the oven. The hospitality was lovely, but even better were the views. The cows hung out in front of our door, there were little farm kittens to play with, the community pool was lovely and clean, and the views were amazing. Thanks for a lovely time!

Great for a quiet stay for a large family. Good outdoor space by the pool and overall garden area. The house is very equipped with appliances and dishes. The host was always impeccable and very available with all requests.

Quinta Do Rapozinho is a beautiful place located in a former traditional northern farm. We had a bit of a struggle to find the place, arriving late at night didn’t help 😞. My advice is to write the name of the place on your satnav ( even if you are using your mobile like I did). The place itself is amazing, peaceful and all the staff is very friendly and helpful. Amazing location with stunning views and cows on the field some days. They work really hard to make you feel comfortable. The breakfast is varied and very tasty with plenty of home made butter, yoghurt and cake.Cheese, ham,granola, etc. We tried both,in the breakfast room and delivered to the room and they are equally delicious. We stayed in the Casa do Palheiro it’s cosy, warm and rustic in a good way. Our son and girlfriend joined us over the weekend and the space was plenty big for four adults,if you are looking for a taste of local history this is the place.

the location and amenities of the accommodation fully responds the style of the village in Portugal podhuri. The location exudes an excellent atmosphere. Dud beds are a unique idea that's unique. Setting an outdoor pool into the terrain with facilities, hammocks among the trees, and the business outdoor shower and pool bar is amazing. Common breakfast areas exude the period atmosphere of a wine courtyard. Local organic produce exuding flavor for the breakfast menu is a feast for the eyes. The bell tower in a nearby church also matches the atmosphere for a relaxing stay. We also tasted a Portuguese dinner that played with our flavors, which we fine-tuned with local red wine. Overall, we were thrilled with the stay.

I spent a glorious month at Maria Celeste’s home. It was simply the best place to reset, connect with nature & rest. I’ve never been to a more peaceful home. Freshly squeezed orange juice (from trees) every morning. Lemons for water. A natural spring to swim off hiking grime. Mountains to climb surrounding the entire home. Lizard & butterfly friends. And so so quiet. Maria Celeste picked me up & drove me to the location. Taxi services available to go to town when needed. I can not recommend staying at this home more. If you need some R’n’R, stay. You won’t regret it.

Very nice and cozy space. A perfect place for those looking to rest from the daily grind. The Serra da Cabreira as a backdrop and the sound of nature add the touch for perfect relaxation. We loved the pool, and despite the rain forecast, we were lucky to always have good weather. Raquel and Miguel were great hosts, who made us feel comfortable for any questions and we also thank you for the tips that were given.

This was probably the best experience we have ever had. This place is so private and surrounded by nature, perfect to enjoy amazing sunny days away from the city commotion. The whole place also exceeded our expectations, obviously through photos you don’t get the real sense of the house, but it was better than what we were imagining. Silvia, who had personal contact with us, was absolutely amazing and worked very hard for us to have the most pleasant stay possible. We will definitely be back next year!

This place ought to be officially recognized as a national treasure! The house and grounds are full of historic charm and the scenery is spectacular. The farm fresh breakfast was truly impressive and the hospitality was top notch. We stayed for two nights but would have been very happy to have stayed for an entire week if our schedule had allowed for it. Many thanks to the owners for creating such a wonderful guest house and for the warm welcome and great sightseeing tips. It was the highlight of our trip from Canada.
