The photos really show what you can expect with the place. It is located between other resorts but you can feel like you're the only ones to enjoy their side of the beach so you can take photos without worrying about having people around. The view on the sunset is also amazing. You should book this if you want a peaceful outing with your family and if they really like dipping in the water since there's also a mini pool if the waves get violent.

The Place is Beautiful and Private! Needs a bit of Repairing. Their Aircon was not working at first, thankfully they replaced the aircon right away.

It was a great stay i wish we had more days to stay. Good community, place is perfect for private and intimate gatherings. Will recomment to friends and family.

It's quite late but I would like to take this opportunity to give our feedback to this place. Kubo Kabana is extremely more than our expectations. We are so in love with the place, the kubo's are perfect, the beach and the pool made us enjoy to the fullest. The kitchen with complete kitchenwares from spoon and fork, utensils and everything we need to prepare foods, cook and eat. There's no negative words that comes out in our mouth since we enter and exit the place. We are so in love and we always want to go back here agan. Kudos to the staffs too that's very attentive and helpful. Extremely recommendable!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful resort! The location was stunning—peaceful, scenic, and perfect for relaxing. The resort itself was well-maintained and comfortable, but what really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and easy to approach. They made it so simple to make requests or ask for help, and they always responded with a smile. We felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent hospitality!

This will be quote a drive but it will be worth it. The place feels very private. It is as advertised. If you’re looking for a white sand beach other than Batangas, you should check this out.

We wanted to change rooms when we came and they gladly assisted us, it was a smooth transition. We will definitely come back and bring more of my friends as this place is quiet and really clean. The room was comfortable and has cold aircon. The camping chairs stepped up the experience. Also the assigned life guard was hands on with looking after our kid.

Beach front and the host is very responsive. The care taker is friendly and very accommodating.

As a large family, we stayed at Melisa's place for a week. Our thoughts: Pros: -- Great beach-side location. It was very easy to get to the ocean. -- Good layout. We liked the kubo setup of the property. -- Helpful staff. The caretakers were friendly and cooked delicious food for us. -- Mostly peaceful. We had the property to ourselves, which was very nice. Cons: -- Bathroom. There's only 1 toilet, which isn't ideal for large groups. Also, although the indoor shower and toilet have a wall between them, the wall doesn't quite extend to the ceiling. So it's a bit awkward if somebody's using the toilet while somebody else is using the shower. -- A bit of noise. The neighbors were mostly very quiet all week, which was nice. But on our last night, the property next door hosted a wedding ceremony, and the music blasted all afternoon until about 10pm. We don't blame Melisa for this, but there's a small noise risk. Overall: Very good, we would go back anytime.

This is the epitome of customer service. Brazzy & Uncle Rudy took care of us and were very responsive. Friendly hosts and the catered food was sumptuous. Great vibes!

We had a fantastic stay at Casa La Rosa! The place was clean, stylishly decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The rooms are quite small for 10 pax but the AC is cold and really helped beat the summer heat. Ms. Rose, Ate Christine, and Kuya Mike were incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. The location was perfect—close to the beach, market, and sari-sari stores. What we really appreciate is that it's peaceful and quiet especially at night. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great place to stay, near the beach and lots of activities to do we rented ATV and dragon boat. It would be good if they can add free wifi, other than that it was a relaxing stay, we enjoyed it :)
