This was my stay after spending time at a hotel, about same price but here was added pool and more living space, microwave, bigger Ref. Always friendly and helpful with questions here. Yeah just all around great place. Felt very safe in around the neighborhood, so yeah I give thumbs up

Stayed here during my fieldwork in Tarlac. Ms. Maila was very responsive and attentive. She also helped me get a ride to my fieldwork. The location of the transient was perfect for those who want to relax. I got to sleep and rest early because the surrounding was so quiet and peaceful. The room was clean and spacious. It felt like my own home!

Sir Francis has been very responsive in terms of communication (for someone who has a lot of questions), gave clear instructions too! The place is safe and at the same time convenient and accesible to find. All the amenities inside the unit are functional as well which made the stay extra smooth. Would definitely recommend!

Pool is on the rooftop. Place is nice, it’s away from the noise of the bars and other nocturnal activities. Clean, safe, friendly staff, 3 min taxi ride to anywhere you want to go to. Will stay again when I come back to Angeles City.

The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was perfect for spending quality time with our family. The host was incredibly kind and even treated us to some delicious Korean food. The rooms were spacious, each with its own private bathroom, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed everything about the place and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Good sized accommodations for its price. Good location too. It’s just 15-20 mins away from everything.

Next time my family goes on vacation to Philippines,still look if the this place is available to stay in. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Minor thing is mosquitoes and crawling insects get in to the room due to a gap in between doors and short curtain’s,so we have to used our luggage bag to blocked the bottom of the glass door. For sure that can be done in the future. The rest perfect. Thank you

It's run by a Korean, so communication is easy, and late checkout, extra towels, and cleaning are free. The accommodation is of course clean, and the bed is very nice. I'm usually lazy to leave a review, but the host's response was very quick. I'm very satisfied.
