Loved the place, so clean and pleasing to the eyes! Very private and felt safe.. the beach is walkable. I also like how the host is very responsive which is a A++ for me. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First, upon checking in, kuya Ben and another guy were extremely helpful, we never had to ask for help as they always offered, the dame goes for ate Jessica and the other lady. They were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. The villa was just as described, i recommend booking couple loft 2 instead of 1, we were right in front of the pool and could just jump right in. We were very comfortable and at home during our stay and had the things we needed for the days that we stayed in and cooked. Clean towels were provided everyday, when they saw us at the pool they had pool towels ready in waiting for us immediately. Although the pool is shared as there are only three villas, you do get to enjoy it in peace as we barely saw other guests. It was a very short walk to the beach and just a few minutes drive from the market and shops as well as other activities. Would definitely go back and stay here when we return to La union.

The location is nice, just 3 mins drive to Bacnotan beach. The house itself is also nice & private with private parking which is quite big as well.

When me and my family saw the house we were all amazed of how beautiful the place was. The inside was very much aesthetic and spacious for 16+ guest. The places that we visit are not that far and the host was very chill, kind, and responsive! Our experience at their place was worth it! We will definitely come back again!🤗❤️

My friends and family had a great time. For the entire 3 days we've stayed, we just can't stop admiring the place and how good it was maintained. We got everything we needed, access to the amenies was smooth, staff was very friendly. It really had a warm and welcoming vibe. We will definitely go back. The property is really beautiful, aesthetically designed. Very private location with a small dip pool that our kids really enjoyed. Complete kitchenwares. Each room has its own bathroom and toilet. A short walking distance to the beach. A Thai resto nearby, Sen Lek Thai La Union, should not be missed. JF is a very kind host, and so is the staff Jayson who took care of our needs.

It's impossible to be more grateful and satisfied. If you are looking for a getaway, this is the best option for families, friends or groups. Privacy and tranquility are the best. The setting is beautiful, we felt right at home. We were able to cook since it is fully equipped and we were even provided with welcome basket and drinking water for the hot/cold dispenser. We felt safe and comfortable. Ate Grace, the villa keeper, is always attentive and willing to help with everything you need. The heated pool was a fav! You won't regret booking this paradise at all. Thank you for always welcoming us to the house and making our vacation the best experience. Can’t wait to book another trip!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Maria Teresa's place. The compound where the place was had a right of way to the beach. The kitchen was well-equiped, so we found it easy to use it. Jenny, her assistant who showed us in, was very helpful.

I stayed here before in 2019 & had a pleasant experience, so I thought to book it again and I had a similarily easy and hassle-free trip! While the parking is a bit tight, it is doable — we were able to park a montero and FJ in the garage. The home itself was very clean, spacious, and had everything listed. My favorite part about this place is its location. Very near everything and super close to the beach! Would very much stay here a third time :)

We absolutely loved our stay! This place felt more like a hidden gem than just a place to sleep. From the moment we arrived, we could tell that every detail—from the cozy interiors to the thoughtful little touches—was designed with care. The space was immaculately clean, stylish yet homey, and it had everything we needed (and more!). What really stood out was the ambiance—it was the perfect blend of comfort and charm, like stepping into a Pinterest board that actually feels like home. Waking up to natural light streaming in and winding down in such a peaceful space made our trip extra memorable. Place was really close to the beach. The house is a bit farther from the establishments. Though, there’s a tricycle station 5-10 minutes away from the house so no problem if you have no car.

Nice place, good for large families with many bathrooms and a large well equipped kitchen/dining room. Caretaker is kind and accomodating.

We highly recommend Cathrina’s place, especially if you’re traveling with family and/or friends. It has all the basic and essential amenities and surrounding place is very quiet and peaceful. And if you need to buy food, drinking water and other essentials, there’s a diner and a mini sari-sari store right outside house. The place is very near Baguio’s central district, and there are lots of taxis available, so it’s very easy to to get to Burnham Park/SM Baguio. Cathrina is a very responsive host as well, and their caretaker Ate Karen is very friendly.

The place is very easy to find and the directions to get there via cab is very straightforward. Place felt secure with locks and gate. The place also has beautiful surroundings with patio full of plants and flowers with a very good view of Baguio in the balcony. The only down side was the construction in the adjacent street which was a bit noisy but this was communicated to us by the host prior to booking so we were aware of this. Place is also around taxi routes hence it was easy to get to and fro places in Baguio. Beds were nice and can easily fit 6 people with sofa bed for another 2 people. Place has 2 comfort rooms so you don't need to fall in line if ever you need to use one. Kitchen has utensils and complete of necessary items for eating. Overall, this was a great find and I look forward to booking again in the future with my friends.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spacious, very clean, and offered a lot of privacy—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Ms. Cecile was an exceptional host, always responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Her great communication made everything smooth and easy. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience. There are 3 sinks, 2 bathrooms, comfy and airconditioned bedrooms, nice interior, they provided us towels and other toiletries, with drinking water provided, and a complete kitchen sets where you can cook. Also, the mother of charrie was also accommodating. However, during our stay, we had our unexpected experience. In the morning, there is no water in the house. It's not that there are no supplies, but a malfunction in the water pump which troubleshoot is needed. Also, their internet connection has a very poor performance and their television is not a smart one and no netflix (well it's not in the list anyway. We just expected things). In terms of location, it's not hard to find but it's not accessible in transportation and not near in tourist spots. It's a good thing that we rented a service to get here. It's 20-30mins aways from San Juan, La Union by the way. Nonetheless, we still had fun and highly recommended. Thank you.

This is our second time staying here, and I’m happy to say the experience is just as great as the first. The place is spotless, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking. The host is consistently responsive and genuinely accommodating, which really adds to the comfort of the stay. We had an amazing stay in this place…If only we dont need to vote we should have extended our stay. The place were clean and we felt safe coz there was a deadbolt lock in the main door. It was also a perfect size for us group of 8. The location for us was superb ( The BEST) as it is a 1-2 min walk going to the front beach( near awesomehotel) its the beach area for everyones reference. The kitchen amenities were topnotched, everything we needed were readily available. There was also free water for consumption. Each room and dining area have electric fans. Dianne the host was very helpful and responsive in aly request and questions. Highly recommened.

The place ideal for a big family.. can accomodate 20+ pax that can comfortably sleep.. it has complete kichenwares. Bathroom is very clean. The area is safe and quiet.. my kids enjoyed the place. Maam Hosanna is very accomodating and responsive. Will definitely comeback here.

Will definitely stay again on our return to Baguio. It fits the family well enough.

cozy and good for a group of friends! aircon is okay, and cooking utensils are great for basic dishes. bedroom is also soundproof in a way.

Richmond's place is superb. We felt right at home at Richmond's place and the beach is loved by my mom so much, that she does not want to go on a tour anymore and just want to stay there. The place is perfect for our group of 6 pax and the kitchen allowed us to cook iut meals like when we were home. Thank you sir we hope to come back again soon. 🥰🥰🙂🙂
