Townhome vacation rentals in Byron Bay

We spent a weekend at Tracey's property and it was lovely. The property was in a very central location and only minutes away from everything you would need. The property was very well maintained and in a very secure location. Tracey had excellent communication throughout our stay and was very easy to get in touch with. I would stay here again.

A great townhouse in a good location walk to shops and restaurants but not in the middle of the busyness. Would happily stay there again

Absolutely loved our visit to Col’s townhouse! Exactly what we expected from the photos but bigger, would be great for two families. Amazing location opposite the beach and only a few minutes walk from cafes and restaurants. Above all Col responded to messages quickly and was very helpful and understanding with any questions we had. Thank you for having us and we hope to be back soon!

I’ve stayed in Byron Bay many times but this was certainly my most comfortable and most enjoyable. Julia is an outstanding host and I could not have asked for a better place to holiday.

My family and I stayed at Rhonda's place. My husband and myself and also my daughter, our son in-law and our 2.5 year old granddaughter. It was a great place to stay for our family. The little backyard was ideal for our granddaughter to play. The pool at the resort was great and we enjoyed the time we swam. The accommodation was perfect and Rhonda and David were great. We had 6 nights booked, but Cyclone Alfred was on his way, so we had to leave early. David and Rhonda were very understandable about our situation of having to leave in quite a hurry as our flight was cancelled and we had to drive down to Sydney to catch a flight the next day. They had no issues with about giving us a refund for the nights not used, which we applied for and received through Air Bnb. I would highly recommend staying at Rhonda and David's place and would definitely consider returning. Regards Merryn

Great location and suited the family perfectly - great for walking into town to the shops for breakfast, to the beach or walking the headland.

Kids loved the playground and bunk room. We all loved the outdoor entertaining area. Lovely beachy design. Modern and clean. Comfortable beds. Just had a job to find the tea towels in the secret drawer in the bin!

Great place and lots of room. Well organised with everything you need. Close to some lovely cafes, supermarket and restaurants - especially recommend visiting the Black Drop for a morning coffee

We had a lovely stay at Amy's house. Very private and well maintained complex with a spacious home that was great to spend time in. I particularly liked that there were a couple of sofa areas so we could relax in one space and the kids in another. Location was great and easily walkable to heaps of great bars, shops and cafes. Amy was also an extremely friendly and accommodating host.

Great town house close to Byron Bay centre, just a 5min walk. Place was clean and well appointed. We stayed with 2 families (4 adults / 4 kids) which worked out well. Highly recommend.

This house is absolutely beautiful. Super clean with all brand new furniture and carpet. The bathroom and kitchen was spotless. Beds were super comfortable and clean. Located on a busy main road but once inside, no noise could be heard. Would definitely stay again :)

We had a very comfortable and lovely stay. The location is amazing, with a short walk to the best beach and close to two great cafes. It’s not in the busy part of town, which was great for us. Great place for kids, with a pool that kids loved. It had a high chair and a baby gate which was also great. We would stay again in a heart beat.

We frequently stay in Evans and this accommodation was truly amazing. very clean and tidy, super close to the shops, plenty of space inside and heaps of parking room. all the appliances were basically brand new and everything just felt cozy and homely. Even the neighbors were super friendly! loved the experience, the kids had a great time and we will be back again.

Amazing place with great amenities. We really loved the layout with a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. Amazing location, short walk to shops and beach. Renae was very responsive. We stayed with 4 kids including a baby and the only thing was we needed to be mindful of all the stairs. There were no blinds so at night it was quite bright but this didn’t bother us too much. We would definitely return.

Jackie was beyond the nicest host ever !! She was always so pleasant, and replied super fast to help in anyway she could. The place was lovely, quaint, and homey. The neighborhood is wonderful for kids. We throughouly enjoyed all the wildlife everyday and loved the serenity of the woods backing her place. The greenery and ambeince was truly relaxing. A wonderfully perfect stay!

Hollys house is stunning. Comfortable and perfectly clean- we stayed with our three children and were overly impressed with all the niceties - how much space we had, the toys and little garden house kept our kids happy. Quiet neighbourhood, minutes drive from everything. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Our family had a wonderfully relaxing weekend at Dianne’s apartment which was well appointed with lovely furnishings. It is situated in a fantastic area where you can walk to beaches and great shops and dining places. Dianne communicated very well with us and we so appreciated her agreeing to give us a later check out. To top it all off our dog had a fantastic time! I highly recommend staying at Dianne’s apartment.

Really loved our stay! Clean rooms and a good distance away from beach and restaurants. Open space downstairs worked well for kids.

Amy’s place was exactly what our family needed for a quick getaway! The house was spotless and well thought out with endless activities to keep the kids entertained! Positioned in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to everything we needed! A short walk to the creek for a fish or into town for a bite to eat. Amy is a very responsive host and gave lots of detailed and tailored suggestions. Would definitely recommend! Even thinking we may have to book her place for a yearly weekend away!

What a wonderful find this was. An absolutely beautiful property in lovely grounds. We felt immediately at home and our host, Merrilee, was so friendly and helpful. It was only about half an hour from Byron Bay which is beautiful with lovely beaches and great shopping. There are also lovely restaurants under fifteen minutes drive, particularly the Eltham Hotel, which had a great vibe. We loved Merrilee's property, it had everything you needed and all of extremely high quality. Finally, to top it all, there was Milo and Otis, the wonderful Australian Kelpies. They were just lovely. So friendly and welcoming. No home is complete without a dog or two. Many thanks Merrilee. This is a wonderful property.
