Neven’s home was wonderful! It was beautifully rustic but with modern amenities and decor. The property itself was stunning and picturesque. Neven was very helpful during check in and check out.

What a perfect place to stay while enjoying the area. The house has beautiful custom craftsmanship, it’s like staying in a piece of artwork. It’s not far from all the main sights but a really peaceful place to return to after a day of exploring. Nikolina went out of her way to answer our many questions and gave us tons of great recommendations. We can’t recommend it enough!

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic Sea. Relax and unwind! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you so much for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

Everything was perfect! The photos exactly match the reality, including sheets and towels. Everything clean and very comfortable beds. The Prenk host is always super available!

We had a very nice time in the villa, unfortunately only 4 days. We certainly could have stayed longer. The host Toni, had good and clear contact in advance. Andrea gave us a warm welcome and we were able to contact her for everything during the rest of our stay. She is a warm, sweet, enthusiastic and caring lady. Contact with Andrea also runs very quickly and smoothly. We have nothing to complain about the villa itself. It is nice and clean both inside and outside. The pool is lovely, and also bright and clean. You are provided with everything in the villa. You don't have to leave and you can have a great time. You really won't be short of anything. The location is quiet, but within a 15/30 minute drive you will also come across nice villages/shops. A car would be useful. Thanks again Toni and Andrea for the hospitality, we will definitely come back.

Our stay was one of the best Villa holidays we’ve ever had. The airport in Pula was incredibly easy as was picking up our hire car and then a short 40 minute drive to the Villa. Ivan had allowed early check in which helped as we had travelled overnight. He met us there and explained everything we needed to know, and was then easily contactable throughout our stay. The villa is incredible. The rooms are spacious and are decorated beautifully. Ivan provided cleaning products and toilet rolls which was really helpful. The pool ares was stunning and had plenty of sun loungers and seating to sit inside or outside to eat. His Mother also bought over some delicious home cooked desserts, which was very gratefully received surprise. The villa is in a peaceful location but is brilliantly situated to visit so many wonderful places, including Pula, island boat trips (one with tame peacocks) and lots of beautiful coastal towns. I can not recommend Ivan and his beautiful villas enough!

Beautifully restored and furnished villa in the Istrian countryside. Magical pool and outside space. Rural but the coast is a pleasant hour walk away and Umag and Novigrad are both close for shopping, restaurants, etc. Friendly and responsive local host. Highly recommended.

Villa Faloniga is simply sensationally beautiful and you just notice that the house is only 2 years old and no costs have been spared in the well thought out construction. The workmanship and amenities are simply top notch, not to mention the quiet location and views over the vineyards 😍 The hosts are also available 24/7 and are happy to help at any time. A stay with a baby is also not a problem. We would like to provide us with a baby cot, as well as a high chair by the host. We can only recommend the villa and are considering coming back for the next few years.

Villa Casa Nova is relatively new, in a quiet location, well equipped and very clean. The village of Bale is located halfway between Rovinj and Pula. The sea is also only a few kilometers away. We really enjoyed the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Everything tipitopi. The rooms and bathrooms are functional and very nice. The mattresses guarantee a restful sleep. The kitchen is excellently equipped and the private barbeque room invites you to barbecue in a great atmosphere. Everything was provided except for the charcoal.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Easy check-in, friendly and helpful hosts and the place is super equipped and very clean. There was nothing missing. We will be happy to come back.

Probably our favorite accommodation ever! We stayed as a family of four, which included a toddler. The home was perfectly set up for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. The host was very responsive and very friendly. Immaculately clean and tidy.

Great place, very nice pool & jacuzzi. Kitchen was also well equipped. It was very clean and tidy. We would come back. However, a car is recommended, as there is not much going on nearby on foot.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect. The villa is even more beautiful than in the pictures and tastefully decorated. The amenities are amazing, everything is very clean, and the communication with Zenija was very friendly and pleasant. We highly recommend it and have nothing to complain about! What a little paradise in Istria 😍 A great house with everything you need. We have 3 teenagers and a dwarf poodle. The house offers enough space and is not at all noisy. It is very stylish and was also very clean upon our arrival. The large garden is fantastic. At any time of the day you will find enough shade from trees or the walls of the house. The pool is an ideal size and there was also enough room for all of us. It also has a great and above all very comfortable lounge. The 15-minute drive to Rovinj didn't bother us at all. So we could explore a different beautiful beach every day and were happy to return to the quiet Kurilli. It was a perfect first vacation in Croatia for us and certainly not the last. We can only warmly recommend this place!

Great structure as well as the finishes and the beautiful pool that dominates the inner courtyard part. The area for grilling and eating outdoors was also very much appreciated by all guests. There were eight of us at Villa Mimosa over Easter. The place is phenomenal with its well-maintained amenities, its beautiful outdoor area with pool and quiet location. We felt very comfortable the entire time and were able to enjoy our vacation very much. The price was super cheap and the host Vanessa very friendly and accommodating. Absolutely recommend! Thank you for this lovely time at Villa Mimosa.

My first AirBnb experience and my buddy didn't promise too much. Absolutely delighted. Jacuzzi was a 10/10 just like the entire house. Heated pool was mega. Absolutely satisfied
