Great location and host, this upstairs apartment and neighborhood were comfortable and home-like for our visit. We benefited from the hostesses kindness and enjoyed our stay. Easy parking and wifi in a traditional setting.

We had a great week at Giorgio's in the Green Apartment, very well equipped, the pool is great for anyone who wants to swim and we had a good time!

Moira is a delightful host. Her place was perfect for a few days of creative peace by the sea. I particularly enjoyed the light, the view, swimming in the sea every morning (literally 1 minute down the road), the quiet neighbourhood and a very comfortable bed. Highly recommended!

The location was ideal for the sea which made the stay particularly pleasant. The beach was minutes away. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The accommodation met our expectations and the proximity to the sea was a big plus. We would love to come back and can fully recommend the place to other guests.

We had a great time at Josipa's place. It has everything you need for a vacation, lots of amenities, very nice shaded terasse, it is functional and clean. Josipa is a great guest, very kind and helpful. If we go back to Porec, we'll stay at Josipa's again!

We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

Excellent villa, beautiful pool. Lidija and her husband made us feel very welcome with homemade pastries and a vino on arrival. Excellent location easy to get to Pula and Pazin. We loved it. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

The house has a great location in the middle of the old town and a special charm

This was our second time staying at La Finka, and just like the first time, everything was absolutely perfect. The villa is very clean, well-equipped, and has everything you could possibly need. Ivan is an amazing host – he responds immediately and truly cares about making sure you feel comfortable and welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

A very beautiful house ideal for 2 or 2+2 kids. It is in the middle of a large yard of olive trees, generating a calm mediterranean athmosphere. The evening sun shines golden into the trees of the forest that starts right behind the beautiful pool area, which was substantially larger than I expected. We spend a full very relaxing week there and even used the free mountain bikes to go to a closeby beach. The sauna area finishes it all off in perfection, just as did the greeting gifts of Prosecco and Dino‘s families own excellent olive oil. Such a nice stay, thank you!

Really special place. We looked for something private for us and our loudly kids and this place was amazing. We found everything what we needed inside the House. Garden is beautiful and full of toys and games for kids. Suzana is really nice and helpfull. Our favourite Beautiful beach is 10 min walk from home.

We spent 11 days at Alica's place, we had a great time. Unfortunately, the first week (from mid-April) was rainy and windy, so we couldn't do so much. But the second week made up for it with 20 degrees and pure sun. In the rain, the apartment is a bit cool (but there is heating) and you notice the slightly older building fabric, which is no problem in good weather. There was everything you could wish for, even a baby bath. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and the beds are comfortable. The view into the garden, including an olive tree and the Meerzunge, which is a 1-minute walk away, were simply wonderful. There are beautiful beaches and cliffs in the area, which can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car - you can slow down wonderfully here. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful week at Celestina’s apartment. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool was lovely and refreshing. Rovinj is a beautiful town with loads of fantastic restaurants and it’s a good base for exploring Istria. We visited Pula, Vrsar, Montona, Bale and even Piran in Slovenia. Amarin beach is easily accessible by car and is a fab place to swim. Celestina was very warm and friendly and welcoming. We would highly recommend!

The warm welcome by "Maria" was the first step to a 10-day break. We immediately felt well received. There is a parking space for the car right by the house. There are also 2 bikes available. Very clean and cozy apartment in a quiet location. The amenities are excellent. The beautiful harbor and the old town are a 10-15 minute walk away. The hosts are very friendly, caring and helpful. We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

After being at this property for the fourth time, it was almost like "coming home". Everything was perfect for us, we do not need luxury, but enjoy the tranquility and simplicity in this apartment! The best thing is clearly the terrace and the little garden! Also ideal for dog owners.

Suzana welcomed us with her very open and friendly manner. She was always available for us. The place is simple, but with our 3 kids it was optimal. Ground floor exit to the private fenced garden, 2 minutes walk to the sea, 10 minutes to the nearest park. The city was also within easy reach. For us, the ideal location for excursions of various kinds. And if you just want to rest, the accommodation itself also offers enough "places" to feel comfortable.

The apartment was really great and the communication was easy and very helpful. I would book it again!
