It's 150m to a fabulous suburban cafe and not far to a major shopping centre, the suburbs quaint shopping area and train - 18 minutes to town. The studio space has a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom, washing machine, TV, unlimited WiFi and air-con. There's a made queen size bed (and if needed a spare mattress with linen supplied for guests to make)

The ‘Sunday Sleep-Inn’ is a spacious self-contained studio situated on the ground floor of our renovated Queenslander home. We keep the door locked between the studio and the house and there are no shared areas. There is private external access and ample street parking. Surrounded by natural beauty, with parks and waterways on our doorstep and a 10 min. walk to Shorncliffe train station.

Beautifully appointed 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse that sleeps 6 adults plus a travel cot. Air conditioned living areas and 2 larger bedrooms with ceiling fans in all rooms. The deck has a dining setting & a lovely pool view to enjoy. Smart TV & free wifi. It is close to North West Private, Prince Charles & Holy Spirit Northside Hospitals. Family-friendly activities, restaurants & dining you are minutes away from Westfield Chermside, Brookside & Stafford City shopping centres.

Unit is located behind our house. Own entrance, off street parking. A 2 minute walk to a bus stop, which can take you to Chermside or the City. Shops (Coles +), restaurants and hotel. 15 minute drive to major shopping centres and hospitals. 40 minutes to city. 2 hours Gold Coast and 1.5 hours to Sunshine coast. The unit is only suitable for 1 or 2 guests. I am sorry but I cannot accommodate infants/children or pets.
