Charming family home in the centre of Spakenburg

Spakenburg aan het Eemmeer is van oudsher een vissersdorp met eigen karakter. Het dorp is bekend om de klederdracht, oude haven en gezellige zaterdagmarkt. Ook is er een strandje en watertaxi naar de overkant. 24 en 31 juli '24 zijn Spakenburgse dagen; een aanrader! Vanuit onze woning wandel je het dorpscentrum binnen. Een supermarkt, bakker en pizzeria zijn bv heel dichtbij. Voor kinderen hebben wij een grote trampoline, speelgoed, fietsjes en een speeltuin voor de deur. Naar Amsterdam: 43km

This stylish 40m² suite is located in the Eemmeer's dike It is a +/- 5 minutes walk to the authentic center with museum harbor. The supermarket, bakery, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The suite has free parking, Wifi 625mb and private new kitchen. You have access to an oven / microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee and tea, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, bed linen and towels. There is a shared washing machine. On request, the bikes can be placed in the shed.

From the cottage you walk directly to the various restaurants, the museum and the beautiful shops. Family house in Spakenburg centre

In the hart of the village Spakenburg you find this large family home, modern design in a traditional farm house. Great garden and a lot of space, on site parking space. Shops, city centre and museum harbour just 3 min walking. Close to Eemmeer beach and swimming water. Busstop in front of the house. 18 min. to CS Amersfoort, Utrecht and Amsterdam in less than 1 hour. On Saturday and summer period the market starts in front of the house. Nice central location in the Randstad.

Right in the middle of the built-up area of Bunschoten- Spakenburg, at Kolkplein this spacious 2-room apartment is on the ground floor of a unique building, a rectory from 1890. The atmosphere is characterized by a mix of lovingly old and comfortable modern. A generous box spring with fine linens, but with vintage furniture and accessories. The kitchen is from grandmother's time, but it does provide a good combination microwave, hob, luxury coffee maker, etc.
