*Clean and comfortable room *Good and clear communication with the host. *12 mins away from JR okachimachi and walkable to Ueno and Akihabara stations. *Supermarket and some convenient stores and good coffee shops are nearby. Overall very good.

Great location for restaurants and sightseeing. Easy access to multiple trains with one of the trains being very close. Place was good size for family of four. There is a flight of stairs up to the second floor but then an elevator afterwards. Host was very friendly and met us at check in to help with luggage.

The location is well situated, 15 minutes walk to Asakusa train station. The area is peaceful, there is a bus stop right in front of the apartment.

Schön ruhige Lage, trotzdem gut angebunden. Das Airbnb war einwandfrei, perfekt für zwei Personen. Hat alles, was man braucht!

I had a great stay with Rare, clean & comfortable space within walking distance of public transit and a lot of amazing restaurants. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I was set up with everything I needed during my stay.

It was great place near the station. And lots of convenience store near the place. It was on 3rd floor so we had a hard time bringing up our suitcases. All in all, it was a nice experience

Billy's place was a great retreat from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Super convenient spot, only a couple train stops to all the major locations. The surrounding area is peaceful but still with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. Recommend Sunday Bakeshop for coffee and pastry, just a stone's throw from the apartment! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Tokyo!

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Fantastic Shinjuku Grace House! Our stay at this Shinjuku Airbnb was excellent! The apartment was incredibly comfortable, with all brand new, working appliances and it was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro station, and the market nearby was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend for a superb Tokyo experience!

房源的介紹說明與實際入住後幾乎相符合，只有智慧門鎖這項不正確，實際是使用鑰匙開關門，出門要注意妥善保管鑰匙，避免遺失而進不了房間。 住宿地點只有JR車站-新小岩站，步行約十分鐘可到，大樓有電梯，上下樓滿方便的。 房間靠近大馬路(有高架橋)車聲略為明顯，落地窗隔音稍弱，會因聲音影響睡眠的人要留意，我會戴耳塞入睡，所以沒有對我造成影響。 有兩個房間，一間標準雙人彈簧床，一間目測是單人加大寬度的榻榻米地墊，這次兩大兩小(11歲/9歲)是夠睡的。 浴室有小浴缸，每天可以泡澡消除走路的疲勞，很讚！ 洗衣機有烘乾功能，可以少帶衣服，很棒！ 生活用品齊全，像是餐具、杯子、牙刷毛巾、盥洗用品、洗衣用品、雨傘、室內拖鞋等等，真的有家的感覺！ 住宿地點不可能完美，但是CP值夠高，全家大小都住的很滿意，也很謝謝房東都能儘速的回覆我的問題，很開心能入住這裡，期待下次再來東京🙂

The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to almost all lawson or 7-11 stores which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment. The host was kind, respectful, and an overall wonderful person, would recommend to any one who want stay at his apartment. Looking forward to staying here again...

Our family is importing our cat to Japan, and we needed somewhere pet friendly plus for four people. Makoto-san's place was perfect for our needs. We also loved the very soft, warm blankets which kept us cozy during this winter weather. Everything was comfortable, Makoto-san was very kind and responsive. I recommend his place if you also have a furry friend and family needing somewhere clean, cozy, and convenient.

Very nice place, ideally for 2 people. The room is well organized. The location is walkable to metro station to other parts of town. Especially if you plan to go to airport by the Keisei Skyliner, this place is close to the Ueno station. On our visit we usually use LUUP (online bike rental) to go around would take only 10 mins to Asakusa station. The host is very responsive and helpful. Would recommend this place :)

Siamo stati benissimo, l’alloggio è davvero molto carino e si trova vicinissimo alla stazione di Higashinakano (a due fermate da Shinjuku, a una da Nakano). I dintorni sono carinissimi, Higashinakano è uno dei posti più belli e autentici che abbiamo visitato a Tokyo. Hanako è stata un’host super disponibile, gentile e reattiva, grazie di tutto! Se dovessimo tornare a Tokyo valuteremo senz’altro di tornare qui!

We had a fantastic stay here. The apartment is spotless and modern with a taste of traditional Japanese charm. Right on the corner of two streets, so the view from the balcony is open and very picturesque. Walking to/from the station you can see the Tokyo Skytree in the background. Very convenient to the station, convenience stores, and Asakusa. Just a short walk down to the shopping street, right at the end you find yourself walking onto the grounds of Senso-Ji. It's right in your backyard when you stay here. Even though you are in the heart of the city, the apartment is nice and private. The elevator takes you right to your floor, slip off your shoes and put on your slippers, and you are home.

we loved staying here! this was an amazing place to stay in Tokyo, close to akihabara but far enough to be very peaceful!! im very glad we got to stay here and the price was just right for location and details. the hosts were very responsive and friendly! I fully recommend this place!!

I really enjoyed staying at this property. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and you likely will be one of the few travelers. There is a convenient supermarket as well as the subway 2 mins away. The place was as described and perfect for what I needed. I will warn that the stairs are very steep. I had a carry on suitcase and a backpack, so I was fine with it. However, it is something to note for others I am sure. The host was incredibly response and the given instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I would 100% stay here again.
