Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Bulaq

Karen and Yasser may be the best airbnb hosts I've ever met. They responded to every message very sincerely and gave us a lot of information about the region. There is a magnificent view of the Pyramid from the terrace. Children especially enjoyed the spa.

This is my second to stay at this location. It’s perfect if you are on vacation and have come to see the pyramids. I really like it because it’s an upscale rental and if I want any services such as a tour or anything else, Jana can arrange that. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Wonderful place, quiet and calm in a cozy area. The apartment had a good feeling to it, we liked the atmosphere. Mohammed was a friendly and helpful host. The area is one of the more quiet in Cairo and it is beautifully located close to the Nile. We enjoyed our stay.

I recommend dealing with sister Maroua for her flexibility in dealing and her beautiful ethics

Wonderful apartment with stellar view of the old Nile and sunset. Wonderful host who filled the fridge with everything necessary for snacking and breakfast. Also provided plenty bottled water. Thank you so much! Also good communication and easy check-in. I would come again. Highly recommend!

Everything worked out fine. The including breakfast was perfectly on time (one can choose the exact time between 8 or 9 and 11 o’clock) and absolutely great (fresh bread, cheese, jam, egg, salad, fruits, tea or juice, butter, falafel, Pommes frites and so on). I have to emphasise, that the communication with the hotel was very good. We had to change our plans and that was no problem. Without any hesitation we could do the changes in our booking - thanks again!!

Hidden oasis in Giza. Spectacular view of all three pyramids from upper terrace. Pool regularly maintained but not heated. Villa itself best described as shabby chic but spotlessly clean and Adwadi always on hand to help. Issues rapidly resolved. Host happy to help with airport transfers, local visits and taxis. This was essential, particularly for airport transfers, as local taxis found it difficult to locate or did not want to brave the unmade road. Adwadi always happy to talk drivers to location, so highly recommend you take his number before venturing out. Accommodation spacious, downstairs toilet helpful, and kitchen adequate. Next to horse club and ostrich facility. Easy access to new Cairo Museum a visit highly recommended and of course the Pyramids. We had a great time and would use again.

Sakkara Retreat is a place with extraordinary atmosphere. It’s peaceful and relaxing to spend time there. There is a beautiful huge garden with old trees and a lot of space. It’s a villa with a very fine style and Khaled and Andrea do really care, that you feel good at their place. We would have stayed longer if we could. We had a great time staying at Hesham's place, it was perfect for our 8 person group. Hesham was super helpful and everything was as expected. The location was ideal as there were many good restaurants within walking distance with a lot of variety and close to plenty of shops too!

Our family had a lovely stay at Taya’s home. Beautiful artwork and decorations, with an amazing backdrop against the Pyramids of Sahure. The gardens had a wonderful selection of plants and were very serene. the kids loved the treehouse, pool and games room. We made use of the onsite chef to host guests one evening, the food was really delicious- well worth it. Highly recommended, we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

This villa is beautiful. The pool is perfect and the garden is stunning. Hosts were extremely helpful and communicated well. Staff that live nearby the property were on hand to assist when we needed!

Just as Cairo epitomizes the wonders you can discover in Egypt, this house is an example of what awaits us in paradise, and the trio of Ramadan (the caretaker), Ahmed (the driver), and Reham (the hostess) reflect the generosity, kindness, availability, and hospitality of the people of this wonderful country! Don't listen to the media or those who think they know everything... Egypt is a SAFE and RELIABLE country! We NEVER felt unsafe or were "bothered by touts" any more than in other parts of the world... The house is truly ideally located, outside Cairo, in a quiet area, and... what a joy to have breakfast and swim overlooking the pyramids. THANKS a lot

Our stay at this villa in Egypt was absolutely dreamy! My friends and I had an amazing time and it truly felt like a perfect getaway. The location is ideal for tourists — just an 8-minute walk from the Grand Egyptian Museum and only a short drive to the Pyramids. Communication with Sonya was excellent. She helped us with everything we asked, offering lots of useful tips that really enhanced our experience. The housekeeper was also incredibly kind — she did our laundry and made us a lovely breakfast every morning. All in all, it was an unforgettable trip and I wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone visiting the area!
