Lay is very friendly, responds quickly, and is willing to accommodate our last-minute requests. We really appreciate it! The room location was a bit hard to find, but that doesn’t affect our high rating of it.

Clean and well-decorated, perfect for a group of four. Everything was great—no complaints! It would be even better with fully filtered water, as the current small filter still requires boiling. Definitely one of our top picks for future stays in town ☺️

This property is beautiful and as pictured. Was well supplied for our long stay and although far away from the busy areas it was a peaceful and quiet stay after crazy Penang. We loved how clean and pristine everything was.

Very modern and clean apartment with a lovely view of the coast and you can just see the Malacca Straits Mosque from the window too. Feels very safe and secure as there is security staff around, who were all very friendly. It was easy to get taxis and have food delivered.

Great place and location, lots of beds and mattresses to fit a large number of people.

Despite of all the hiccups, I would still recommend this place to my everyone especially those who wish to organize events consisting big number of people. Everything is so convenient. You could have your food prepared by the caterer for the entire stay, and you wouldn't have to worry whether or not you'll feel comfortable as the house is so spacious and well-equipped.
