It is a suitable space for a family while being centrally located. There are two convenience stores and various restaurants within a minute's walk in front of the house. You can visit the beach on foot, and you can visit Kuryongpo, Yeon-Orang Orangerine Park, etc. within 10 minutes by car. And you can watch (YouTube. Netflix).The downside is that it is an old apartment, so there is no elevator. You need a little exercise. The parking space is a little narrow, but if the parking is full inside, there is a parking line on the side of the road, and you can park anywhere. There is also a public parking lot in front of the church right next door, so you can park free of charge.
