It is a very cozy place, with a good host, the arrival is easy, very close to where the transportation left us, it is a few steps from the beach , the inn is very well lit, clean. Excellent place.

Part of our good experience at La Barra is due to the stay in Cosmic, the place goes beyond being a good space to stay, as we felt at home there. Since before arriving they were looking for us and for giving us directions on how to find the hostel. There Hugo welcomed us, who was very kind, generous and attentive, he always gave us very good recommendations and was very friendly. The hostel is very close to the beach, it is very nice, simple, always clean, organized and without bichitos. The space is very well thought out, so that comfort, functionality and care of resources are guaranteed. The room was very well lit and ventilated, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the internet was very fluid. We will definitely be back to Cosmic on an upcoming visit.

Excellent place, I received more than expected. I found everything clean and once I got there, they worried about my meals. The food was amazing!! It’s a very well located place near by almost everything and what a view!! No doubts, I’d come back a lot of times.

Palms Real is a beautiful, modern hotel with a rustic feel on the Pacific Coast of Colombia in a small village. From booking onwards, they communicated with me via WhatsApp and gave great advice on getting the boat from Buenaventura, then a mototaxi to the hotel from the dock. The beach is public, but they have a private access staircase and it was very quiet. My room was comfortable, the bed was a bit firm, but I slept very well thanks to the air conditioning after hot days, and the bathroom met all my basic needs. There are bugs and geckos here - you are in the jungle! This did not bother me at all and geckos may appear along the ceiling in your room each evening. There is a small restaurant affiliated with the hotel and you can order your meals for the morning or evening in advance, choosing from a couple of options. For the location of this hotel outside a town that is still developing with dirt roads, it is a gem and the price was very reasonable. Hammocks and a clean pool from which to watch the sunset were a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and even set me up with one hour's notice for a 6-hour private boat tour through the mangroves to the ocean, complete with dip in a clear pool, for a small price. I felt very safe in this town, even at night. Buenaventura and the dock at Juanchaco leave little to be desired, but the people along Ladrilleros are friendly and welcoming. If you are feeling adventurous and want to tough it out along a remote corner of the Pacific, this is the perfect place to clean up afterwards, relax on the beach, eat, and rest your head.

THE BEST WE HAVE EXPERIENCED ON AIRBNB BY FAR. Christian made sure we had everything we desired and more… Christian is not only a great host, he is a great person. Cons: *Experience was so beautiful, we didn’t want to leave… If your planning on staying in La Barra, book this airbnb. You won’t regret it.

Great for unplugging and seeing spectacular places. The community is always very friendly and helpful with visitors, delicious food and different things to do. Oscar and Mayra were always aware that nothing was missing and made it easier for us to access transportation and tours. Definitely visiting La Barra and Coco House is an experience I would definitely repeat.

Cosmico lodging, in our opinion is the best in the area, comfortable, environmentally friendly, very clean. You have to make sure the house rules to make our stay even better. hosts are expectacular, they helped us with everything we needed

I will describe it in two words: It was unforgettable and magical. A beautiful place I would definitely return to, I did not have any mishap the hosts are super friendly and attentive and without fear of making mistakes I can tell them that they have the best view and location in the whole area. You can move anywhere from there and get any product as the stores and what you need is less than 300 meters away.
