Family-friendly vacation rentals in Budens

A really lovely villa, photos don’t really do it justice. It’s very spacious and there was plenty of room for our group, 6 adults and 3 young children. The pool and play area were very popular. Lisa and David were great hosts. They provided everything we needed and more and were very good with communication and info. Some lovely personal touches for our stay left in the villa too which were much appreciated. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa and hope to return again sometime.

We stayed for 10 weeks at Inna’s apartment, we had one or two minor issues but nothing worth mentioning, Inna immediately sorted our problem, she is friendly, super efficient and her communication was first rate. Loved the apartment, very peaceful and Inna provided everything we needed for a long stay. Would definitely recommend Inna’s place.

My family and a friend stayed here and absolutely loved it! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. The pool was right outside the back doors, and the view was beautiful. We really appreciated the extra touches, like beach umbrellas and a boogie board, which we definitely made use of. The beds were very comfortable, which was such a relief after staying at several other places with hard mattresses. All in all, a fantastic stay—we’d definitely come back!

The accommodation is true to the photos, very clean and the bedding is comfortable. Good communication with Vladimir who recommended some nearby restaurants, good advice. The heated indoor pool and its small jacuzzi are a big plus, very nice, especially in May when the outdoor pools and the sea are still too cold to swim. There are tennis rackets to use the tennis courts of the Oasis Parque, and beach toys for children in the house. A car is essential to visit the different cities and beaches nearby.

Just returned from a great stay here. Apartment is in a great location, close to town and the underground car park was a fantastic feature. The apartment was well equipped, spotlessly clean and exactly as described. Wonderful views of the pool area and ocean. Kitchen had everything we needed and had a dishwasher and washing machine. There was a small balcony area with a table and chairs and some washing lines for clothes. Location is great for the town centre which is a 5 minute walk. Carvoeiro is located in the heart of the Algarve and is a good base for Ferragudo, Portimao and Lagos all of which provide excellent beaches and restaurant options.

What a place!! Perfect location with a 3 min walk to the old town square. Once the doors are shut you don't hear any noise and it is the quieter part of the town. Pictures don't do this place justice. Very large, clean and modern apartment with everything you need included. The rooftop is your own private haven to sunbathe and enjoy the hot tub, although we kept it cool for a plunge pool. Check in and out was faultless and lovely gentleman Paulo was on hand if we needed anything. Welcome wine, cakes and fruit which was a lovely touch. Felt so at home we didn't want to leave. Absolutely one of the best places we've stayed and we will be back :-) Thank you for a lovely stay.

Have stayed at this accommodation before - modern, clean & very well equipped - in a quiet development that is easy to find & suited our trip (golf) The marina is nearby where there are countless good & varied bars & restaurants to try. If you want somewhere quiet but with lots of life within 10 mins then this is a good Algarve location - great base to explore a selection of high level golf courses. A great host & no doubt will stay again.

I cannot understate how much we enjoyed our stay at here in our first trip to the Algarve region. Mario was very friendly and an excellent host. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants, helped us find parking, and provided everything we needed to for our toddler to feel at home. The house is in a perfect location to walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants also. We would 100% recommend Mario and this location.

We had a great time! The property was spotless and very peaceful. It was in a lovely area, a short drive to Benegil cliffs which was amazing. Very friendly and showed us around/gave loads of recommendations of places to go and eat. Any questions we had were answered very quickly with no problems, and they even left a welcome hamper for us which was lovely. I look forward to the next time!

If I could give Carmen 10 stars I would she was a real super host , I loved her property and Carmen went over and above to make our stay,with all her helpful recommendations and local spots it was a joy staying at her property

Perfect place to slow down and enjoy! We had a family reunion and there was space for everyone to feel comfortable. Kids had a blast with animals and all the equipment available to them. We will definitely come back and will recommend to anyone planning a stay with friends or family.

We stayed with 7 adults, 1 baby and 1 dog and had a great time. The house had a lot of space for us, very cosy living room, and the kitchen had everything we could wish for. We stayed for about a week and very much enjoyed the wood fired stove in the living room (especially during the colder days of our stay in March), the spacious garden with bbq and the many seating possibilities. The host was very responsive and welcoming. The house was also very clean and in great shape. Location is in a very calm area which we also appreciated a lot. A bakery is in walking distance so we had always fresh croissants and bread in the house. We would definitely book the place again and I can only recommend it.

Wonderful, simple apartment with amazing roof terrace. Location was excellent and central to restaurants, cafes while still being tucked away so you can enjoy peace and quiet in the evenings.

A wonderful villa, located in a quiet and peaceful area. Fernando was helpful and responsive to all our needs. An ideal place to stay nearby to the marina in Vilamoura.

What a treat was this gem. Wonderful house with all the amenities anyone needs and more. Good coffee and food in walking distance. And a spacious view with privacy in your own garden with the wonderful pool. We’ll be back!

Just had a 3 night stay in this property. Close to the marina and all local bars / restaurant. Maria was very helpful and flexible with check in and check out. Responds to e mails etc very quickly. Quite a quiet street with no disturbances, there is a large garden and communal pool to use. Property itself is a little dated but had plenty of amenities and was clean on arrival.

Nice spacious house on three floors with loads of room and a great pool for kids, you will need a car as the nearest supermarkets are a drive away, but is convenient to the aqua park and equidistant to Villamoura and Quarteria

We had the most amazing month-long stay at this peaceful gem. The location is incredibly serene, perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind, yet everything is easily accessible by car. Lagos is just a 13-minute drive away, which made exploring the area so convenient. And Luz.. It’s the coziest and most beautiful little town we’ve visited in Portugal. The home itself was perfect and had everything we needed for a long stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Our house was cleaned every week, which was such a nice touch, and there was plenty of storage space throughout, so we always felt organized and comfortable. The beds are huge and pretty comfy, making it easy to rest after a day of exploring. Wifi was good, so a big plus for remote workers like us. One of the highlights was the outdoor space and swimming poool. The terrace is fantastic for lounging, and we used the grill several times for BBQs. Peaceful atmosphere, combined with friendly dog

The apartment is very nice and comfortably equipped (everything you need). The complex is in a beautiful area and is pleasantly quiet. We had a rental car but you can easily walk to the port or beach. We had a good time and saw a lot. João is a great host, always helpful. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at Maria’s. She was very responsive to any queries we had. The location is brilliant and the area is perfect for a family holiday with lots of activities, sports and the beach available on your doorstep. Thank you Maria!

Wonderful and enjoyable stay. Cosy house with all the amenities you need and super clean. Location-wise, also great as it is close to the beach (10 min walk; 3 min by car) but also the tennis academy, golf course, etc. Nice pool, heated upon arrival. Lynn was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic and very responsive to our questions. Also during the large power outage she made sure we were ok and had everything we needed.
