The farm is located on the edge of the village of Ulucz, among two hills, to the south and east by a stream flowing from the forest into San. The farmhouse is located on a large plot of land with an orchard, a berry and vegetable garden, a gazebo with a fire pit. There are 2 rooms (3 people) for rent with a kitchenette and a bathroom, which are located in the attic of the house. There are stairs and a separate entrance to the loft. The distance to the San River is about 200m.

One 25 m2 patio with field kitchen, the other upstairs next to the bedroom. The house consists of a kitchen with dining room, living room with fireplace, bedroom with bathroom and second bedroom. Rooms are very spacious. We recommend relaxing with friends, but also with family. The house is not fenced.
