A Great place, worth staying.

Peter's place is by far the nicest place we have stayed in the Gambia. It was spotlessly clean and well maintained. There were plenty of options to sit comfortably outside and the pool is a good size and cleaned daily. The kitchen is very well equipped. Ebrima and Fo are lovely guys and couldn't do enough for us. The place is set in a quiet location however it is only a 10 minute walk to the main road. We were lucky enough to be visited by monkeys and a wide variety of birds.

Our stay at Afrikan Lux was absolutely amazing, and we would go back in a heartbeat! The photos you see online are exactly what you get – everything was just as expected. The space was incredibly clean, tidy, and spacious, and we really couldn't complain about anything. This was really African Luxury. Ms. York contacted us daily to check in and see how everything was going, which was a lovely touch. It's nice to have direct communication with the host, and she was always professional and helpful, even assisting us with transportation to Afrikan Lux. She's a very kind woman. A special thank you also goes to our host Modou, with whom we developed a wonderful connection. He was so warm, polite, thoughtful, and accommodating. We had great conversations, and he made our stay even more memorable. Everyday he helped us out to have transportation wherever we wanted to go to. Once again, our compliments to him! There aren’t enough words to describe this apartment . It’s definitely the best view and the sound of the ocean was fabulous. Close by to Senegambia and also next door and onsite restaurants. The beach is on your doorstep and an amazing pool. The staff were extremely helpful especially Abi and Mary and reception. Hussein was extremely helpful and responsive. I will definitely be back it’s calming and relaxing .

The flat was super located and totally nice staff in a quiet building complex. The hostess (Antonia) was very helpful and caring. For all questions and wishes she was available in a very quick response time. Any time gladly again!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Amelia’s beautiful home. It was very spacious comfortable, clean and had all the facilities required. The location and views were amazing and I was so close to my family too which was an added a bonus. It was extremely easy to contact and communicate with Amelia when I needed to, she was always very helpful and willing to assist, which was very reassuring. She also had a great team based in The Gambia. Big thank you to Ablie and Derrick for all your hard work to make our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. Spacious home with beautiful grounds. The watchman on the grounds was very helpful and friendly. About 10 minute walk to main road which wasn't an issue. house is in a local neighborhood and the people are friendly. A back up generator at the property would've been great as there were several power cuts but it didn't impact overall stay. host was responsive. enjoyed my stay

This was my first time in Gambia and to have stayed at Ahmed‘s place, It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a new country. He made the experience very accommodating and comfortable, and I honestly feel like he went above and beyond to make sure that I felt right at home in his apartment and I am super appreciative of that. He was very responsive and answered all questions I had. His apartment is very cute and comfy and I loved it. The property where the apartment is located is amazing. Beautiful pool and beautiful scenery, you feel like you are on a tropical island. I recommend this listing 100% of you are visiting Gambia. It is close to just about everything. You can walk or take a taxi. Taxi stand a few steps from the entrance of the property so you won’t have to ever wait for a ride. Thank you Ahmed for an AMAZING stay! BEST HOST EVER!
